    摘要: An axial piston machine comprises first and second members arranged so that one of the first and second members is swingable relative to the other to provide relative swinging motion, a plurality of pistons inserted in a plurality of cylinders formed in the second member, respectively, the pistons being mechanically engaged with the first member so that the relative swinging motion reciprocates the plurality of pistons in the cylinders, and a swinging mechanism for swinging the above-mentioned one of the first and second members relative to the other, and the axial piston machine is characterized in that the first and second members have spherical portions providing a coupling portion binding one of the first and second members to a spherical point of the other to be universally rotatable about the point, and the above-mentioned swinging mechanism comprises a relative revolving mechanism for revolving at least one of the first and second members relative to the other to provide a relative swinging motion between the first member and the second member, thereby to reciprocate the pistons.

    摘要: The variable capacity swash plate compressor of the present invention includes a rotary swash plate having an eccentric mass located opposite to the driving point of the swash plate with respect to the axis of the same. The mass distribution in the rotary swash plate is established such that, within a range in which the piston stroke is less than a predetermined value, a moment about a pivot point produced by the rotation of the swash plate becomes larger than a moment produced by the reciprocating motion of pistons, piston rods and the like and acting upon the swash plate, while, within a range in which the stroke is larger than the predetermined value, the former moment becomes smaller than the latter moment. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a compressor of the type in which its capacity control characteristics are improved over a wide shaft speed range.

Further, a fuel system for vehicle engine, using the above-mentioned gear pump, includes a fuel tank, a first pipe connecting the fuel tank and the low pressure fuel flowing hole in the gear pump, a second pipe connecting a fuel injection nozzle and the high pressure fuel flowing passage in the gear pump, and a booster pump provided at an intermediate part of the first pipe, for raising the pressure of fuel transferred to the low pressure fuel flowing hole to a pressure value at which the occurrence of cavitation at the low pressure fuel flowing hole can be suppressed.

    摘要: A variable displacement swash plate type compressor is suitable for use as a refrigerant compressor for automobile air conditioner. The compressor includes pistons, an oscillating member for driving the piston, a rotating member for oscillating the oscillating member, a plate member for imparting a rotational force to the rotating member, and a main shaft connected to the plate member. A member, having a spherical or cylindrical surface portion and a flat surface portion, is provided between the rotating member and the plate member in such a manner that it is slidably in contact with both of the rotating member and the plate member. Also, movement of the oscillating member is defined by contact of the oscillating member with a stationary member. Consequently, it is possible to provide a variable displacement swash plate type compressor which assures reliable capacity control at a high-speed rotation and which vibrates and wears less. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent application of a thrust load to the drive shaft.

    摘要: A variable displacement swash plate type compressor operable with reduced vibration and noise and, hence, suitable for use in automotive air-conditioning refrigeration cycle has a main shaft adapted to be driven by a driving power source; a drive plate fixed to the main shaft; a swash plate main part tiltably engaging through an engaging portion with the drive plate so as to be tiltable with respect to the axis of the main shaft and to make a precessional rotation in accordance with the rotation of the main shaft; a piston support rotatably carried by the swash plate main part so as to make a precessional rotation together with the swash plate main part; pistons having one ends engaging with the piston support so as to reciprocatingly move in respective cylinders in accordance with the precessional rotation of the swash plate main part; and a mechanism for causing a change in the angle of tilt of the swash plate main part with respect to the axis of the main shaft so as to effect a control of displacement. The swash plate main part is provided with a balancing portion which cancels an unbalance of mass produced by the engaging portion at a predetermined angle of tilt of the swash plate so as to locate at least the gravity center of the swash plate main part on the axis of the main shaft.

    摘要: A moving vane type compressor has a cylinder which is made of a sintered material having a density of 6.6 to 7.6 and a composition consisting essentially of 0.6 to 0.8% of carbon, 1 to 2% of copper and the balance substantially iron. The cylinder is encased by a hermetic casing therebetween a high pressure chamber into which a refrigerant compressed by the compressor is discharged. Lubricating oil separated from the discharged refrigerant within the high pressure chamber and the lubricating oil suspended in the form of a mist by the refrigerant attach to the outer peripheral surface of the wall of the cylinder made of the sintered material. The oil attaching to the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder is forced by the refrigerant pressure acting thereon into the pores of the sintered material such as to block these pores, thus preventing the compressed gas in the cylinder from leaking outside through the pores.
