    摘要: An automatic vehicle speed control device for use in an automatic controlling of the running speed of a vehicle to a certain set speed is disclosed. The device comprises a vehicle speed sensor for outputting vehicle speed data proportional to an actual vehicle speed, a command switch for outputting cruise command signals, an actuator for driving a throttle valve, a vehicle speed memory for memorizing the vehicle speed sensor data in accordance wth operation of the command switch, a decision device for deciding whether or not the decelerating control amount transmitted to the actuator is less than a given amount and the decelerating control time is continuing longer than the given time thereof during vehicle speed controlling, a setting device for setting a response constant W of the actuator larger by an offset value X is case where the decelerating control amount transmitted to the actuator is less than a given amount and the decelerating control time is continuing longer than the given time thereof in the decision device, and a control device for controlling an actuator by calculating the output time Y of an actuator driving signal on the basis of the difference between the actual vehicle speed and the memorized vehicle speed and calculating an actuator driving time TV in accordance with following relation TV=Y+W with the response constant W of actuator set by the setting device.

    摘要: An output voltage monitoring circuit monitors an output voltage of a capacitor charging circuit. A first sample-and-hold circuit samples and holds a voltage of a connection point of a primary coil of a transformer and a switching transistor. A first monitoring comparator compares output of the first sample-and-hold circuit with a predetermined first reference voltage. When the output of the first sample-and-hold circuit exceeds the first reference voltage, a signal processor executes predetermined signal processing. The first sample-and-hold circuit starts a sampling period after a predetermined first time has elapsed after the switching transistor is turned OFF. When a voltage drop across a detection resistor reaches a third reference voltage, the first sample-and-hold circuit ends the sampling period.

    摘要: In a charge control circuit that adjusts a charging current flowing through a battery to be charged from a power supply, a sense resistor is provided on a charging path to the battery from an external power supply. A charging current adjustment circuit adjusts the charging current based on an error voltage between a voltage drop across the sense resistor and a predetermined reference voltage. The charging control circuit is integrated in a package. The charging current is inputted to a current input terminal. A battery terminal outputs the charging current to the battery. The current input terminal and the battery terminal also function as terminals used to measure a resistance value of the sense resistor. A voltage monitoring terminal is provided to measure the reference voltage in an inspection process.

The data transmission system comprises multiple electronic equipment having individual power supplies, a cable for connecting between the multiple electronic equipment so as to transmit signals therebetween, digital data transmitting circuits extending between the multiple electronic equipment and the cable and each having an open drain type output section at the transmitting end, and an input section provided with a pull-up type resistor at the receiving end, wherein the resistor and the output section are moved from the electronic equipment to the connector of the cable so that parasitic capacitance for restricting time constant of waveforms of signals when rising is changed from a capacitance to a small capacitance.

    摘要: In a driver circuit for a charge pump circuit capable of switching a step-up ratio, first and second oscillators oscillating at different frequencies are provided. The charge pump circuit is controlled by a control unit. The first oscillator outputs a first periodic signal required for the control unit to control the step-up action of the charge pump circuit. The second oscillator outputs a second periodic signal employed for a time measurement and having a frequency set lower than that of the first periodic signal. The control unit monitors the state of the driver circuit itself or the charge pump circuit and switches the step-up ratio of the charge pump circuit if a predetermined state continues for equal to or more than a predetermined period of time. The control unit turns on only the first oscillator when the step-up ratio of the charge pump circuit is lager than 1 to thereby perform the control of the step-up action and the time measurement based on the first periodic signal. On the other hand, when the step-up ratio is 1, the control unit turns on only the second oscillator and performs the time measurement based on the second periodic signal.
