    摘要： A process chamber and a method for controlling the temperature of a substrate positioned on a substrate support assembly within the process chamber are provided. The substrate support assembly includes a thermally conductive body, a substrate support surface on the surface of the thermally conductive body and adapted to support a large area substrate thereon, one or more heating elements embedded within the thermally conductive body, and two or more cooling channels embedded within the thermally conductive body to be coplanar with the one or more heating elements. The cooling channels may be branched into two or more equal-length cooling passages being extended from a single point inlet and into a single point outlet to provide equal resistance cooling.

Tees.-Relates tc golf tees of the type comprising a cup shaped head to receive the ball and a single shank to bE pressed into the ground, and consists in the provision on the shank of one or more barbs to anchor the tee in the ground. As shown in Figs. 3 and 5, the tee is formed of aluminium, a casein product or a similar material and comprises a flattened shank 11 supporting a cup 10 and provided with one or more barbs 13, the lower edges of which are sharp and the upper ones blunt. To avoid damage to the club and to indicate the position of the barb 13, the head 10 may be formed with a bulbous part 17, Fig. 5. In a modification, the position of the barb is indicated bv a point or notch formed in the head 10, on the same sine as the barb. As shown in Fig. 7, the tee is formed in two parts, the upper part 22 being of wood and the lower part 23 of metal, or the tee may be formed wholly of wood.
