摘要： A graphical user interface (GUI) is presented, which visually aggregates information from various information source systems to facilitate management of health-based safety practices in the workplace. Specifically, the methods and systems described herein visually aggregate information from at least a location information system and a health kiosk information system in a GUI. Specifically, a visual aggregation application includes, in a GUI, a map of a monitored physical area that displays health-interaction values for respective humans, associated with displayed location indicators, occupying the monitored physical area. According to an embodiment, the application includes, in the GUI, alerts of enhanced-risk distancing criteria violations in the monitored physical area. An enhanced-risk distancing criteria violation is an instance of distancing criteria violation between two or more humans in the monitored physical area, where one or more of the humans is also associated with a health warning.

Based on identification data within the first data, a database is searched. A data item in the database is identified that matches the identification data. The first data is associated with the data item. After associating the first data with the data item, code data is generated. Encoded data that encodes the code data is then generated. The encoded data is sent over a computer network to a mobile device, or an account, of a user that is associated with the data item.

One or more network services receive, from a network device, such as a multi-function peripheral (MFP), electronic document data that represents one or more electronic documents. A trace network service determines whether tracing has been specified for the electronic document data. In response to determining that tracing has been specified for the electronic document data, the trace network service tracks the processing of the electronic document data by the one or more network services. The trace network service generates trace report data that indicates results of the processing of the electronic document data by the one or more network services. The trace network service also transmits the trace report data to one or more specified recipients.

摘要： Approaches are provided for workflow creation and management at a scanning device. In one approach, a user initiates a plurality of operations to be performed on, or relative to, scanned document data. A workflow that represents the sequence of operations is created. The workflow may be created with or without user input. The workflow is later provided as an option to a user. Upon selection of the option, the sequence of operations is performed without requiring the user to select each operation separately. In a related approach, a user is also allowed to create a workflow by selecting graphical representations of operations and causing the graphical representations to be arranged in a particular order to create a workflow that may be later selected.

The application form processing service causes application form data to be obtained from the scanned document data, for example by using one or more data capture services, and the application form data to be stored on network storage and/or a database management system. Users may access and manage the application form data stored on the network storage and/or a database management system via client devices. This may include using a search tool to locate particular application form data of interest and editing, deleting, or adding to the particular application form data.
