摘要: The present invention provides a powderous lithium transition metal oxide with the composition as represented by the below Formula and prepared by solid state reaction in air from a mixed transition metal precursor and Li2CO3, with being practically free of Li2CO3 impurity: LixMyO2 wherein M=M′l-kAk, where M′=Nil-a-b(Ni1/2Mn1/2)aCob on condition of 0.65≦a+b≦0.85 and 0.1≦b≦0.4; A is a dopant; and 0≦k≦0.05; and x+y=2 on condition of 0.95≦x≦1.05. The Ni-based lithium transition metal oxide according to the present invention has a well-layered structure, and also improved safety, cycling stability and stability against aging and low gas evolution during storage, when used as an active material for cathode of lithium secondary batteries, because it has a high sintering stability and is substantially free of soluble bases. Moreover, the lithium transition metal oxide of the present invention can be prepared by a low-cost process using a mixed transition metal precursor and Li2CO3 as raw stocks and under relatively unrestricted conditions.

摘要: The present invention relates to a cold air supply and control device for a refrigerator. A cylindrical, duct main body is provided with an inlet for allowing cold air generated in a heat exchange chamber to be introduced thereinto and an outlet for supplying the cold air introduced through the inlet to a refrigerating chamber, and is pivotably installed to at least one of both side surfaces of the refrigerating chamber. An opening/closing piece is fixed to the side surface of the refrigerating chamber and selectively opens and closes the outlet according to a rotation of the duct main body. An interlocking plate formed below the outlet of the duct main body rotates the duct main body by a load of a shelf so as to open the outlet. In addition, a torsion spring is installed between a surface of the refrigerating chamber and a front or rear surface of the duct main body, and elastically supports the duct main body in a direction in which the outlet is closed.

摘要: Provided is a semiconductor optical modulator device in which a resistor for impedance matching is integrated in a device in order to improve performance and to reduce cost during the fabrication of an ultra high speed optical modulator module. A doped layer in an epitaxial layer of the optical modulator device is used as a resistor for impedance matching. According to this method, it is possible to more easily realize an optical device compared with optical device fabrication processes in which additional resistors are used in the outside and the inside of the device for impedance matching.

摘要: Provided are an enhanced structure of a coplanar waveguide that is a kind of transmission line used for optical communication for radio frequency (RF), and an optical communication module employing the same. While having a basic structure including a conductive strip and ground strips at both sides of the conductive strip on a dielectric substrate, the coplanar waveguide has the structure in which metal patterns of a portion of the conductive strip located around points where an RF propagation direction is changed and of a portion of an inside ground strip are removed to make electrical lengths of an outside ground strip and the inside ground strip similar each other. Using the coplanar waveguide, it is possible to fabricate an optical module that has an optimized RF characteristic and also can freely change an RF propagation direction of several tens GHz, without an additional process.

摘要: A cooking apparatus to effectively agitate and evenly distribute high-temperature air into a cooking chamber by use of a single driving fan and a plurality of driven fans. The cooking apparatus includes the cooking chamber, the driving fan arranged at a rear wall of the cooking chamber, a convection heater to surround the driving fan, the plurality of driven fans arranged on a circumference of the driving fan, and a fan cover having a plurality of suction holes and discharge holes. The driving fan is connected with a drive motor to rotate in accordance with an operation of the drive motor. The driven fans rotate by use of air streams generated when the driving fan rotates. The high-temperature air is evenly agitated in accordance with the rotation of the driven fans to be distributed into the cooking chamber via the discharge holes in all directions.
