摘要: A single phase permanent magnet motor includes a stator and a rotor. The stator includes a stator corer and windings. The stator corer includes a yoke portion and stator teeth. Each stator tooth includes a winding portion and a pole shoe connected to an end of the winding portion. Each pole shoe includes a pole face. The pole face defines a first positioning notch at a middle thereof. Each of the pole faces further defines at least one second positioning notch. Said at least one second positioning notches in one of pole shoe are located at the same side of the first positioning notch of the corresponding one pole shoe. The first and second positioning notches are configured such that an initial position of the rotor received in the space of the stator is offset from a dead point position.

摘要: A motor includes a stator, a rotor rotatable relative to the stator, a support member, and a circuit assembly. The circuit assembly includes a plurality of electronic components. The rotor is rotatably mounted to the support member. The stator is received in the rotor. The stator is fixed to the support member, and the support member is at least partially received in an inner side of the stator. A portion of the support member received in the inner side of the stator defines a receiving space, and at least part of the electronic components of the circuit assembly is received in the receiving space of the support member. The support member is partially received in the inner side of the stator, and the circuit assembly is at least partially received in the support member, which makes the motor have a relatively smaller axial size.

摘要: A PMDC motor includes a housing, a stator magnet fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the housing, a rotor core received in the housing and facing the stator magnet, and rotor windings wound around the rotor core. The rotor core includes a plurality of rotor teeth, each of the rotor teeth including a tooth body and a tooth tip. A ratio of the outer diameter of the rotor core to an outer diameter of the housing is in the range of 0.6 to 0.67. Compared to the existing PMDC motor, the PMDC motor of the present invention can satisfy the same performance requirement, while reducing the size and weight of the rotor core and hence the weight of the rotor windings. In this way, the total weight and hence the moment of inertia of the rotor is reduced, thereby effectively reducing the noise generated during operation of the motor.

摘要: A blower, a motor assembly and a centrifugal friction clutch thereof are provided. The centrifugal friction clutch includes: a fixing member for being fixed on a rotary shaft and comprising a guiding groove disposed in a radial direction of the fixing member and passing through an outer circumferential surface of the fixing member; a centrifugal block disposed in the guiding groove and slidable in the guiding groove; and a loading wheel having an inner hole in which the fixing member is received. A gap between a wall of the inner hole and the outer circumferential surface of the fixing member is less than a length of the centrifugal block along its sliding direction. The centrifugal friction clutch reduces vibrations at startup of the motor, thereby effectively reducing the vibrational noise. In addition, this also avoids the startup failure of the motor and effectively improves the startup performance of the motor.

摘要: The present teaching relates to a magnetic sensor residing in a housing. The magnetic sensor includes an input port and an output port, both extending from the housing, wherein the input port is to be connected to an external alternating current (AC) power supply. The magnetic sensor also includes an electric circuit which comprises an output control circuit coupled with the output port and configured to be at least responsive to a magnetic induction signal and the external AC power supply to control the magnetic sensor to operate in a state in which a load current flows through the output port. The magnetic induction signal is indicative of at least one characteristic of an external magnetic field detected by the electrical circuit and the operating frequency of the magnetic sensor is positively proportional to the frequency of the external AC power supply.

摘要: The present teaching relates to a method/apparatus for a magnetic sensor. The apparatus of the magnetic sensor resides in a housing and includes an input port and an output port, both extending from the housing. The apparatus also includes an electrical circuit which comprises a magnetic field detecting circuit, configured to detect an external magnetic field and output a magnetic induction signal that is indicative of information related to the external magnetic field, an output control circuit coupled between the magnetic field detecting circuit and the output port, and a state control circuit coupled with the output control circuit and configured to determine whether a predetermined condition is satisfied and signal the same to the output control circuit. When the predetermined condition is satisfied, the state control circuit is at least responsive to the magnetic induction signal to enable the output control circuit to control the magnetic sensor to operate in at least one of a first state and a second state. In the first state, a load current flows in a first direction from the output port to outside of the magnetic sensor. In the second state, a load current flows in a second direction opposite of the first direction from outside of the magnetic sensor into the magnetic sensor via the output port. When the predetermined condition is not satisfied, the state control circuit enables the output control circuit to control the magnetic sensor to operate in a third state.

摘要: The present teaching relates to a magnetic sensor comprising an input port to be connected to an external power supply, a magnetic field detecting circuit configured to generate a magnet detection signal, an output control circuit configured to control operation of the magnetic sensor in response to the magnet detection signal, and an output port. The magnetic field detecting circuit includes a magnetic sensing element configured to detect an external magnetic field and output a detection signal, a signal processing element configured to amplify the detection signal and removing interference from the detection signal to generate processed detection signal, and an analog-digital conversion element configured to convert the processed detection signal into a magnet detection signal, and the output control circuit is configured to control the magnetic sensor to operate in at least one of a first state and a second state responsive to at least the magnet detection signal.
