    摘要: The present invention relates to a structure for attaching tactile sensors to a curved surface, comprising a sensor fixing unit configured to have at least part of one surface curved and to have a plurality of sensor insertion grooves, crossing each other, formed in the one surface in a matrix form; tactile sensor units formed in a matrix form, inserted into the respective sensor insertion grooves, and configured to detect external force; sealing units configured to seal the respective sensor insertion grooves; and a support unit configured to come in contact with one face of the sealing units or the sensor fixing units and to support the sensor fixing units. Accordingly, the tactile sensors can be easily attached to a curved surface, and mass production is possible.

Sensors 31, 32, 33, and 34 on end faces sense force in one direction and sense a moment acting on opposite end faces. Sensors 41, 42, 43, and 44 on side faces sense force in a second direction transverse to the first direction and sense a moment acting on opposite side faces. A film 20 on the bottom faces has four sensors 21, 22, 23, and 24, one on each bottom face, for sensing force in a direction transverse to the first and the second directions and sensing a moment acting on opposite sensors on the film.

    摘要: A method of producing a protein or polypeptide, such as, for example, TSG-6 protein, or a biologically active fragment, derivative or analogue thereof, by introducing into mammalian cells a polynucleotide encoding the biologically active protein or polypeptide or biologically active fragment, derivative, or analogue thereof. The cells then are suspended in a protein-free medium that includes at least one agent that suppresses production of hyaluronic acid, hyaluronan, or a salt thereof by the cells. The cells are cultured for a time sufficient to express the biologically active protein or polypeptide or biologically active fragment, derivative or analogue thereof. The biologically active protein or polypeptide, or fragment, derivative, or analogue thereof then is recovered from the cells, such as, for example, by recovering the protein or polypeptide secreted by the cells from the cell culture medium.
