    摘要： A pixel structure and an organic light emitting device including the pixel structure has at least one electronic material layer arranged between a lower electrode and an upper electrode. The pixel structure includes the lower electrode arranged in a desired pattern on a substrate and a bank covering the substrate on which the lower electrode is arranged, and defining an opening portion to expose at least a portion of the lower electrode. The area of the opening portion is greater than that of the exposed portion of the lower electrode. The pixel structure further includes an electronic material layer arranged in the opening portion and covering an upper surface of the lower electrode, and the upper electrode arranged on the electronic material layer.

    摘要： An organic light emitting device has a structure in which the penetration of harmful materials into an inner functional layer is blocked to prevent the degradation of the performance of the organic light emitting device and an organic electronic device includes such an organic light emitting device. The organic light emitting device includes an insulating substrate; a light emitting unit arranged on the insulating substrate and including a first electrode layer to inject holes, a second electrode layer to inject electrons, and an active layer interposed between the first and second electrode layers to emit light by recombining the holes and electrons; and a passivation layer including alternately arranged barrier layers and buffer layers to seal the light emitting unit from an external atmosphere, each barrier layer including at least one material selected from a group consisting of an activated metal oxide, an activated metal nitride, or an activated metal oxynitride, and each buffer layer being of a polymer organic material.

The pressure regulator controls a discharging quantity of the organic solution through the nozzle. The discharging quantity of the organic solution is minutely controlled through adjusting a length of the nozzle. Therefore, the nozzle apparatus can precisely achieve a small amount of low-viscosity organic solution being discharged onto a substrate to form an organic layer with reduced thickness and narrow width.
