摘要: To provide an energy ray-curable resin composition which exhibits equally high adhesive strength to various objects to be bonded, such as glasses, metals and plastics and which has good heat resistance and moisture resistance and is excellent also in rigidity, particularly an energy ray-curable resin composition having a low cure shrinkage and little adhesion strain.An energy ray-curable resin composition comprising (A) a (meth)acrylate having a molecular weight of from 500 to 5,000, of which the main chain backbone is at least one member selected from the group consisting of a polybutadiene, a polyisoprene and hydrogenated products thereof and which has at least one (meth)acryloyl group at an end of the main chain backbone or in a side chain, (B) a monofunctional (meth)acrylate having a C2-8 unsaturated hydrocarbon group via an ester bond, (C) a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate, (D) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate, (E) a photopolymerization initiator, and (F) an antioxidant.

摘要: To provide a curable composition which is quickly cured, with which objects to be bonded can be sufficiently bonded even if gaps are formed between the objects, if the size of the gaps is at a level of at most 100 μm.A curable composition which comprises at least one organic peroxide, an accelerator which reacts with the organic peroxide to accelerate polymerization of monomers, a monofunctional (meth)acrylate and a multifunctional (meth)acrylate, wherein the organic peroxide is encapsulated in microcapsules. Preferably the above curable composition, wherein the monofunctional (meth)acrylate contains a (meth)acrylate having a carboxylic group and a (meth)acrylate having an alicyclic hydrocarbon.

摘要: Provided is a curable composition which contains: an organic peroxide encapsulated in microcapsules which further contains a plasticizer; an accelerator which reacts with the organic peroxide to accelerate polymerization; (meth)acrylate compounds which may contain a (meth)acrylate having a carboxylic group and a (meth)acrylate having an alicyclic hydrocarbon; and a multifunctional (meth)acrylate different from the (meth)acrylate having a carboxylic group. The curable composition exhibits a quick curing rate.

摘要: Disclosed are a probe inspecting method for confirming the state of a probe for inspecting electric characteristics of an object to be inspected; and a curable resin composition for use in the method. The method is applied to repeat inspections and comprises the steps of bringing a cured resin of a curable resin composition into contact with a probe for inspecting electric characteristics of an object to be inspected, transferring a probe mark of the probe to the cured resin, confirming the state of the probe based on the transferred probe mark, and, after the transfer of the probe mark of the probe, heating the cured resin to a temperature at or above the glass transition temperature of the cured resin to erase the probe mark of the probe.

摘要: A liquid droplet discharging apparatus includes a plurality of nozzles to discharge a liquid droplet onto a medium and a liquid droplet discharging controller to receive image data. The liquid droplet discharging controller controls each of the nozzles to discharge the liquid droplet in an amount defined by the image data onto a target discharging position on the medium, which corresponds to a pixel position defined by the image data. The liquid droplet discharging controller controls at least one of the nozzles to discharge the liquid droplet for a controlled number of times smaller than a number of times N representing an integer not smaller than 2 in an amount greater than the amount defined by the image data onto the target discharging position on the medium. A frequency recorder records the controlled number of times of discharging for each of the at least one of the nozzles.

摘要: A printer including an optical moving amount calculator, an angle calculator, and a moving amount corrector is provided. The optical moving amount calculator calculates a moving amount of the printer or an object to be irradiated after a movement thereof, based on a difference in image data generated before and after the movement. The image data is generated by emitting light to the print medium or the object and receiving light reflected therefrom. The angle calculator calculates a deviation angle of an installation angle of the optical moving amount calculator installed in the printer, based on a calibration moving amount of the printer or the object after a calibration movement thereof that is a parallel translation. The moving amount corrector corrects the moving amount of the printer after the movement thereof, based on the calculated deviation angle of the optical moving amount calculator.
