    摘要: Provided are novel solubilized collagen fibers with which solubilized collagen can be obtained by instantaneous uniform dissolution in water at the time of use. The solubilized collagen fibers are formed from a solubilized collagen solid content of 66 to 87 wt %, buffer salt content of 2 to 6 wt %, water content of 10 to 22 wt %, and a residual hydrophilic organic solvent content of a trace amount of up to 6 wt % (totaling 100 wt %). The solubilized collagen fibers have an average fineness of 3 to 10 dtx, an isoionic point of 4.5 to 5.0, a water content of 10 to 22 wt %, and residual hydrophilic organic solvent content of a trace amount of up to 6.0 wt %. The solubilized collagen fibers are present uniformly in the direction of fiber length. The buffer salt is selected from sodium citrate, sodium lactate, and sodium phosphate.

    摘要: Information is magnetically recorded in and reproduced from a magnetic disk using a flying magnetic head. The disk is a coating type disk comprising a rigid substrate having a magnetic layer coated thereon from a magnetic coating composition of ferromagnetic submicron particles in a binder. High density recording is possible when the magnetic layer having a coercive force of at least 1100 Oe and a thickness of up to 0.5 .mu.m is combined with the flying magnetic head whose gap adjoining portion is made of a soft magnetic material having a saturation magnetic flux density of at least 0.7 T.

Inner circumferential ends of a reflective layer in an information area, the ink receiving layer, and the white underlayer that are closer to a center of the disc body are arranged inside an inner circumferential end of the information area in a radial direction by about 3 to about 15 mm. Thus, even if a label surface is enlarged toward a center of the optical recording medium, a level of whiteness is not lowered in an enlarged region.

    摘要: When a magnetic disc is fabricated by forming on a rigid substrate a film of a magnetic coating material containing magnetic fine particles and a binder, and orienting and curing the film, the film is formed while a magnetic field is applied thereto, said magnetic field being larger in the strength on the inner side than on the outer side of said rigid substrate, thereby making it possible to form a magnetic layer that is uniform in thickness, or is thicker on the inner side and thinner on the outer side. This makes it possible to provide a coated type of magnetic disc in which there is a limited difference in the reproduction output and overwriting properties between the inner and outer sites.
