Abstract: A work vehicle monitoring system includes a work vehicle and a monitoring device provided on an exterior of the work vehicle. The work vehicle includes a steering clutch, a rotary member having a first hydraulic fluid supply channel, a drive unit, a support member having a second hydraulic fluid supply channel, a sealing ring disposed between the first hydraulic fluid supply channel and the second hydraulic fluid supply channel, a controller that controls a pressure of a hydraulic fluid inside the first hydraulic fluid supply channel and the second hydraulic fluid supply channel, and an external output component that outputs data related to the pressure, a rotational speed, and a time. The monitoring device accepts the data from the external output component and outputs maintenance information about the sealing ring when a predicted wear amount of the sealing ring obtained from the determination basis data exceeds a specific threshold.

Abstract: A bulldozer is provided with left and right steering brakes that brake the rotations of left and right drive wheels, and a control unit for hydraulically controlling the braking state of the respective left and right steering brakes. The control unit executes protection processing on the left steering brake or the right steering brake when a state of the degree of engagement of the left steering brake or the right steering brake being within a predetermined range and the vehicle speed being equal to or greater than a predetermined vehicle speed continues for a predetermined time.

Abstract: A crawler-type work machine includes left and right steering brakes configured to brake left and right output shafts, a turning motor configured to produce a rotation speed difference between the left and right output shafts, work implement cylinders configured to drive a work implement attached to a vehicle body, a hydraulic pressure supply unit configured to supply hydraulic fluid to the turning motor and the work implement cylinders, and a controller configured to control the hydraulic pressure supply unit. The controller is configured to execute a hydraulic fluid amount control in order to reduce the hydraulic fluid amount supplied from the hydraulic pressure supply unit to the turning motor when the work implement cylinders are driven while the turning motor is rotating.

Abstract: A bulldozer includes a steering clutch, a steering brake, a hydraulic pump that discharges a lubricating oil, a first lubricating oil supply path, a second lubricating oil supply path, a third lubricating oil supply path, and a flow amount switching valve disposed on the second lubricating oil supply path. The first lubricating oil supply path supplies a portion of the lubricating oil discharged by the hydraulic pump to the steering clutch The second lubricating oil supply path supplies a portion of the lubricating oil discharged by the hydraulic pump to the steering brake. The third lubricating oil supply path supplies, to the steering brake, a portion of the lubricating oil that has passed through the steering clutch. The flow amount switching valve switches an amount of the lubricating oil supplied to the steering brake.
