Abstract:
A toner case includes a toner storage portion, a cylindrical portion, a shutter member, and a biasing member. The cylindrical portion has an interior space and communicated with the interior of the toner storage portion through a toner discharge port. An opening is formed at one of opposite ends of the interior space, and a closing wall is formed at the other of the opposite ends of the interior space. The shutter member is supported so as to be slidable in an extension direction of the cylindrical portion, and is movable between a closing position and an opening position. The shutter member at the closing position closes the toner discharge port, and the shutter member at the opening position opens the toner discharge port. The biasing member configured to position the shutter member to the closing position by applying a biasing force to the shutter member.
Abstract:
A developer case (10) according to the present invention includes a case main body (30) and an RF tag (36, 37). The case main body (30) contains developer and is attached to an apparatus main body (2, 71) which includes a communication device (14). The RF tag (36, 37) is arranged at the case main body (30) and makes wireless communication with the communication device (14) within a communicable area (A1, A2) around the communication device (14). The case main body (30) includes a plurality of attachment parts (41a, 41b) opposed to the communication device (14) in a state where the case main body (30) is attached to the apparatus main body (2, 71). The RF tag (36, 37) is arranged at one of the plurality of attachment parts (41a, 41b) according to the communicable area (A1, A2) unique to the RF tag (36, 37).
Abstract:
A toner container according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a container body, a rotating member, a conveying member, a film member, and a stepped portion. Container body can store toner thereinside. Container body includes toner conveying path having supply opening through which toner is supplied to the outside. Rotating member is rotatably provided in container body. Rotating member rotates to scoop, into toner conveying path, toner stored in container body. Conveying member is rotatably provided in toner conveying path. Conveying member rotates to convey, toward the supply opening, toner in toner conveying path. Film member is mounted to an inner wall which extends from toner conveying path to an inner side of container body, and projects toward a region in which rotating member rotates. Stepped portion is provided in the inner wall. Stepped portion forms, between stepped portion and film member, a space having a predetermined height.

Abstract:
In a toner case attachable to and detachable from a case storage portion of an image forming apparatus, a case main body is long in an attachment direction with respect to the case storage portion, and includes lower and upper housings defining lower and upper spaces among its inner space. Rims of upper-surface opening of the lower housing and lower-surface opening of the upper housing are joined together. A ceiling surface of the case storage portion is inclined diagonally upward from upper end of one side wall of the case storage portion toward the other opposite side wall in the width direction. The upper housing includes an inclined portion inclined corresponding to the inclined surface. When the case main body is attached to the case storage portion, the joint portion of the lower and upper housings has approximately the same height as the upper end of the side wall.
