    摘要: The present a step controller includes a switching circuit having at least two outputting states, especially a three-level switch (DPS1) with negative feedback, and a PI or PID controller having an integrator (I1). The integrator is inactive during the positioning pulse of the three-level switch. The integrator (I1) is provided with a correcting element (CORR) which reduces the reset time (Tn) for a large input signal (xd). In this way, linear behavior of the step controller can be attained over the entire positioning range of a positioning element.

    摘要: The invention describes a photopolymerizable recording material which comprises a photopolymerizable layer and a cover layer. The cover layer comprises a polymer which possesses low permeability to atmospheric oxygen and is soluble in water, and a water-soluble dye which absorbs light in the region from 300 to 700 nm and within this range has a non-absorbent region corresponding to the emission range of the copying light source.The material can be sensitized for various spectral regions, for example, for UV light, visible light or laser light and has a higher resolving power than a corresponding material which does not contain a dye in the cover layer, while its photosensitivity remains unchanged or is only slightly reduced.

    摘要: A photosensitive material for the production of color proofing films for multicolor printing, having (A) a transparent, flexible film support, (B) a photopolymerizable layer which contains (B1) a polymeric binder, (B2) a free-radical-polymerizable compound, (B3) a substituted bistrihalomethyl-s-triazine having an absorption maximum in the range from 300 to 380 nm and an absorbance of greater than 11,000 at the absorption maximum, and an absorbance of less than 1400 at 400 nm and above, as photoinitiator, and (B4) a dye or a colored pigment in a primary color of multicolor printing, and (C) a thermoplastic adhesive layer on the photo-sensitive layer. The material is processed by lamination onto an image-receiving material, exposure of the material and peeling apart of film support and image-receiving material, leaving the unexposed layer areas on the image-receiving material together with the adhesive layer. To produce a multicolored image, these steps are repeated with at least one further single-color sheet. The material has increased photosensitivity and gives color prints with lower background discoloration.

    摘要: The invention relates to a photosensitive material for the production of color proofing films for multicolor printing comprising:A) a transparent, flexible film support,B) a photopolymerizable layer containing:B1) a polymeric binder,B2) a free radical-polymerizable compound,B3) a compound which is capable of initiating the polymerization of (B2) on exposure to actinic light, andB4) a dye or colored pigment in a primary color of multicolor printing, andC) a thermoplastic adhesive layer on the photosensitive layer,which contains at least about 1.5% by weight of a water-soluble, colorless, low-molecular-weight salt whose aqueous solution is not highly acidic.The material is processed by lamination onto an image-receiving material, exposure and peeling apart of the film support and the image-receiving material, the unexposed areas of the layer and the adhesive layer remaining on the image-receiving material. The addition of the salt to the adhesive layer substantially reduces the adhesion between this layer and the exposed areas of the photopolymerizable layer.

    摘要: The invention relates to a positive-working colored photosensitive recording material for the production of a color test image, composed of a temporary layer carrier, a photosensitive layer containing dyestuff or pigment, binder and quinonediazide compound and an adhesive layer which can be activated by means of heat, wherein a release layer based on polyvinyl alcohol is present on the surface of the temporary layer carrier, the photosensitive layer comprises, as the quinonediazide compound, an esterification product of a compound containing one or more phenolic hydroxyl groups and o-quinonediazide-sulfonyl chloride, and, as the binder, a novolak-free phenolic polymer resin and/or a reaction product of the phenolic polymer resin with a monoisocyanate, and the adhesive layer comprises a alkali-insoluble organic polymer and an alkali-soluble polyester. The invention also relates to a process for the production of a color test image using the recording material described.

    摘要: In the electrochemical roughening of aluminum or its alloys useful for printing plate supports, an aqueous mixed electrolyte solution is employed, which contains hydrochloric acid (HCl) and, as a further ionic halogen compound, at least one inorganic fluorine compound which is present in the form of an acid or an alkali metal salt and the anion of which contains fluorine and at least one further element (for example, SiF.sub.6.sup.2- or PO.sub.3 F.sup.2-). In particular, the solution contains from about 0.5 to 10% by weight of HCl and from about 0.5 to 5% by weight of the fluorine compound. The very uniformly roughened support materials are used in the production of offset printing plates.

    摘要: The process for manufacturing support materials for offset-printing plates is carried out in two stages. These materials are in the form of plates, foils, or strips, composed of aluminum, or an alloy thereof, which have been roughened by chemical, mechanical and/or electrochemical treatment. These two stages comprise an anodic oxidation in (a) an aqueous electrolyte based on sulfuric acid, and in (b) an aqueous electrolyte which is different from that in stage (a). An electrolyte with a content of dissolved oxoanions of boron, vanadium, molybdenum, tungsten, and/or carbon is employed in stage (b), and the treatment is carried out at a voltage between about 10 and 100 V, at a temperature of from about 10.degree. to 60.degree. C., and for a duration of from about 1 to 60 seconds. The electrolyte is an acid or, in particular, a salt with the above-mentioned anions. Following stage (b), it is also possible to carry out an additional treatment to impart hydrophilic properties to the support material.

The mixture is suited for the production of printing plates, in particular planographic printing plates, and photoresists. Printing plates prepared from the mixture are distinguished by high photospeed, good developability with aqueous solutions and long print runs.
