摘要： In a method for connecting lead wires to a touch panel, the method includes the steps of: providing through holes 9a to 9d the number of which corresponds to the number of electrode ends by perforation in a lower electrode plate 3; using a metal-pin 11 having a pin-shaft 11b and a disk shaped pin-head 11a with a diameter larger than an outer diameter of the pin-shaft; inserting the pin-shaft 11b into a metal-pin fixing hole formed corresponding to the through hole 9a at a circuit 10c in a connector tail of a lead wire 10, whereby the pin-shaft 11b is erectly provided on the connector tail of the lead wire 10; and inserting the pin-shafts 11b to 14b into the through holes 9a to 9d, and in addition, electrically connecting the pin-shaft inserted into a lower electrode plate 3 through a conductive adhesive 15 to electrode ends 6c, 7c, 6d, 7d.

摘要： A protection panel with a touch input function for an electronic instrument display window, which is excellent in reliability in an FPC connection. The panel is constituted such that the outer side face can be fitted into a panel fitting part of a casing having an aperture and kept without a gap to form a leveled plane and is configured to protect a display device provided under it externally visibly through a transparent window. A pin-equipped FPC (10) for taking out electric signals via through holes from the rear of the protective panel is characterized in that a metal pin fixation hole (10e) is bored on a film substrate (10f) and a circuit (10c) serving as a conductive part at a connection terminal (10a) of the FPC; a metal pin (14) having an axis part (14b) and a head part (14a) formed in a larger diameter than the outer diameter of the pin axis part is inserted into the metal pin fixation hole from the circuit side; a cover-lay film (10b) is stuck onto the circuit (10c) and the film substrate (10f) to cover the head part of the metal pin and also a conductive adhesive layer (21) is interposed between the circuit (10c) and the head part of the metal pin (14).

摘要： A touch input function-equipped protection panel for an electronic device display window which can suppress deterioration of electric properties and appearance quality in a lead wire connection part, includes a touch panel having a flexible upper electrode plate and an inflexible lower electrode plate arranged face-to-face at a prescribed gap in a manner that the electrode surfaces are directed to inside and being formed by sticking the outer circumferential parts of the respective electrode plates with an insulating adhesive layer interposed therebetween; a decorative film having a transparent window part and stuck to the surface of the upper electrode plate; and a pin-equipped lead wire for extracting an electric signal from an electrode terminal of the electrode plate through respective metal pins inserted into a plurality of through holes formed on the lower electrode plate, wherein an elastomeric binder-containing conductive adhesive layer is formed on the electrode terminal of at least one of the upper electrode plate and the lower electrode plate as an underlayer of a conductive adhesive to be injected into the respective through holes.

摘要： A touch panel is capable of obtaining a stable connection resistance without requiring fitting accuracy at the time of the connection to an external terminal, and a protective panel for a display window of an electronic device using the same. The analog type touch panel includes a touch side substrate and a non-touch side substrate each having resistive films provided on opposed inner surfaces thereof.Through-holes are formed at the periphery of the non-touch side substrate. A connecting part for electrically connecting electrodes of the resistive films to an external terminal includes a conductive paste is injected into the through-holes and a rivet is inserted into each of the through-holes from the lower surface side so that a head of the rivet 14 forms flat connecting electrodes for connection to the external terminal on the lower surface of the non-touch side substrate.
