    摘要: A refrigerating system including a refrigeration circuit and a scroll type compressor provided with two volume control mechanisms to allow the system to selectively perform full load operation and unloaded operation. The scroll type compressor includes two scroll members of known construction meshing with each other to define compression chambers and a suction chamber and is combined with the refrigeration circuit having an outdoor heat exchanger, an expansion valve, an indoor heat exchanger and a four-way change-over valve to provide a heat pump type refrigerating system. The volume control mechanisms each include a pair of bypass apertures in the fixed scroll member communicating with a valve chamber having a valve member slidably mounted therein and normally biased to an open position by a spring. The bypass apertures, of which one communicates with the suction chamber and the other communicates with one of the compression chambers, and the valve chamber constitute a bypass passageway. A pressure introducing pipe opens in the valve chamber. Upward movement of the valve member brings the two bypass apertures in communication with each other through the valve chamber to enable the system to perform a volume control operation. In another application, four volume control mechanisms are located symmetrically and divided into two blocks through a flow passage switching device to assign two mechanisms to one block. By this arrangement, the system is able to perform volume control operation in three stages, or able to operate selectively at maximum load, intermediate load and minimum load.

The orbiting scroll member has a back pressure chamber formed on the back side thereof and communicating with the compression spaces of the fluid machine through pressure equalizing ports formed in the orbiting scroll member, so that the pressure of the fluid under compression is introduced to the back pressure chamber to produce an axial thrusting force for pressing the orbiting scroll member towards the stationary scroll member.     摘要: Disclosed is a scroll-type fluid machine which has an orbiting scroll member and a stationary scroll member each having an end plate and a spiral wrap protruding upright therefrom. The scroll members are assembled together such that their wraps mesh with each other to form therebetween closed chambers of volumes which are progressively decreased as the chambers are moved toward the centers of the scroll members as a result of an orbital movement of the orbiting scroll member with respect to the stationary scroll member. The machine is suitable for use as a refrigerant compressor in a refrigeration system. A fluid check valve is disposed in the refrigerant gas suction passage connected to the suction side of the machine, so as to prevent any reversing of the orbiting scroll member. A passage is formed to provide a communication between a suction chamber defined by the scroll members and another closed chamber. A relief valve is disposed in this communication passage so as to relief any abnormal high pressure from the suction chamber.

    摘要: An air conditioner includes a scroll-type refrigerant compressor driven at a speed variable in accordance with the thermal load on the air conditioner. The compressor has stationary and orbiting scroll members assembled together to define compression chambers in which a refrigerant gas is compressed and finally discharged into a discharger chamber through a discharge port formed in the center of the end plate of the stationary scroll member. At least one bypass port and an associated check valve are provided in and on the end plate of the stationary scroll member at such a position that the check valve opens to allow the gas to be directly discharged from an associated compression chamber into the discharge chamber when the compressor is operated under such a condition that the ratio of the operation pressure ratio to the design pressure ratio of the compressor falls within a range between 0.5 and 0.75.

    摘要: A scroll compressor including a stationary scroll and an orbiting scroll, with an intermediate pressure chamber being defined on a back side of the orbiting scroll member and being in communication with a pressure chamber through a communication hole to produce a force for pressing the orbiting scroll against the stationary scroll. Oil in an oil sink is supplied to sliding portions by a differential pressure between a pressure in the air tight container and a pressure in the intermediate pressure chamber. A valve is provided for switching the connection of the intermediate pressure chamber to a higher intermediate pressure side or to a lower intermediate pressure side of the compressor. The valve is constructed such that the intermediate pressure chamber is connected to the lower intermediate pressure side of the compressor when a discharge pressure of the compressor is lower than a certain value and connected to the higher intermediate pressure side of the compressor when the discharge pressure is higher than a certain value so that a proper oil supply pressure is maintained over a wide operational range.

    摘要: The scroll type compressor has a hermetic casing, and a scroll compressor section and an electric motor section which are contained within the hermetic casing. These compressor and electric motor sections are fitted through a frame in the hermetic casing. In a portion of the frame intermediate between the compressor and the electric motor section, a plurality of segmented concave spaces are defined. At an upper portion in the hermetic casing, a discharge space which communicates with a discharge port of the scroll compressor section is defined. Further, in a portion of the casing between the compressor and the motor section, a delivery port which open to one of the concave spaces in the frame is provided. Furthermore, at least one fluid passage is provided in an outer periphery of the compressor section and this passage makes the discharge space communicate with the other concave spaces in the frame. A compressed gas from the scroll compressor section is introduced via the discharge space and the fluid passage into the concave spaces, and is introduced from the delivery port to the outside of the compressor after separating the oil contained within the compressed gas in these concave spaces.

    摘要: A scroll compressor comprises an orbiting scroll and a fixed scroll, each of which includes a spiral wrap. These orbiting and fixed scrolls define between their wraps a plurality of close spaces at symmetrical positions. These closed spaces are moved toward the center of the scrolls by means of orbital motion of the orbiting scroll relative to the fixed scroll for reducing their capacities to compress fluid confined therein. Upon starting the compressor, some of the spaces which are in mid course of compressing and the other closed spaces which locate at the downstream side just before the communication with a discharge port, are communicated with each other through valves which open when pressure in the closed spaces at the upstream side is higher than that in the closed spaces at the downstream side, whereby a loading torque upon starting is decreased.

    摘要: A scroll compressor comprises an orbiting scroll and a fixed scroll, each of which has a wrap formed on an end plate in upstanding position. These orbiting and fixed scrolls are assembled together with the wraps facing inwardly to each other so as to define a plurality of spaces by the wraps and the end plates of both scrolls. These spaces move toward the center of both scrolls during the orbiting movement of the orbiting scroll so as to reduce the respective capacities of the spaces. Thus, compression of a fluid is carried out. This compressor also includes a motor for driving the orbiting scroll and a driving shaft for connecting the orbiting scroll and the motor. At the end of the driving shaft on the motor side, a first oil supply pump is provided with its suction port communicating to an oil sump of the compressor. Also, a second oil supply pump communicating with the discharge side of the second oil supply pump is provided at the end of the driving shaft on the compressor section side, whereby the oil supply pump of the compressor is made of a multistage type.
