摘要: A semiconductor integrated circuit device includes a plurality of contact layers located between two lines running in parallel in a first direction. Each of the contact layers has a structure in which an upper contact and a lower contact are coupled together. The plurality of contact layers are arranged zigzag along the first direction, and coupling portions of the upper contact and the lower contact are displaced from the center of the upper contact in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.

摘要: In an vehicle-mounted engine control apparatus according to the present invention, a restart inspection means, which is simpler than an activation inspection means, is provided, and a means to be applied is selected by an initialization determination means. The contents of the restart inspection are limited to malfunction items detected by a periodic code inspection means during driving of the vehicle. As a result, the time that is required to restart a microprocessor when a malfunction occurs is shortened.

摘要: Since centers of a second gear, a fourth gear and a sixth gear coincide with each other and are disposed rotatably round a circumference of the same long shaft, a compact configuration can be realized while using a gear train of five gears to obtain a reduction gear ratio of a high gear ratio. The configuration in which the three gears have the same rotational center shaft in the way described above in an actuator which incorporates a plurality of gears is advantageous in that the number of center shafts is reduced and that the number of supporting holes in a housing which support center shafts is reduced.

摘要: The invention improves safety of an electronic controller using a nonvolatile memory MRAM able to easily perform reading and writing operations at high speed. Therefore, MRAM for writing a control program from an external tool has a correction code adding writing circuit, a decoding reading-out circuit, and error registers for writing an error generating address number thereto as error data. When the error generating address is designated and confirmation reading-out is performed and an error is generated as before, an overlapping abnormality judgment is made and abnormality notification is performed. A program memory area of MRAM is normally in a writing inhibition state. When the external tool is connected, the inhibition state is released. The error registers are arranged in a data memory area set to no writing inhibition object.

摘要: Disclosed is a catalyst for methanation reaction producing methane with high conversion by reaction of hydrogen with carbon dioxide, or a gas mixture of carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide, or a gas mixture containing these compounds as the main components. The catalyst is prepared by the steps of mixing (A) aqueous zirconia sol with salts of (B) stabilizing element(s), which is selected from the group consisting of Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Dy, Ca and Mg, and (C) iron group element(s), drying and calcining the mixture to obtain a catalyst precursor, and subsequent reduction of the precursor. The catalyst comprises, by atomic %, A: 18-70%, B: 1-20% and C: 25-80% based on the elemental states of the metals. The catalyst is characterized by multiple oxide of tetragonal zirconia structure, in which not only the stabilizing element(s) but also a part of the iron group element(s) is incorporated, and on which the iron group element(s) in the metallic state is supported.
