    摘要: The present invention relates to novel 2-piperazinopyrimidine derivatives represented by the following general formula [I] which are useful as, for example, an active ingredient of herbicides ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is a hydrogen atom or an aralkyl group and Y is one of the groups represented by the following general formulas [II] to [VII] ##STR2## (wherein a and b are positions to be bound to positions 4 and 5 of the pyrimidine ring of the formula [I], respectively; l.sub.1 and l.sub.2 each are an integer of 2 to 4; l.sub.3 is 2 or 0; l.sub.4 is 0 or 1, provided that l.sub.4 is 0 when l.sub.3 is 2 and l.sub.4 is 1 when l.sub.3 is 0; l.sub.5 is 2 or 3; l.sub.6 is 1 or 2; l.sub.7 is 2 or 3; R.sup.2 is a hydroxyl group or a toluenesulfonyloxy group; and R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, R.sup.6 and R.sup.7 each are a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group).

    摘要: Molecules of a specific species can be selectively excited among molecules of a plurality of species that show only a slight difference of mass. Energy levels can be displayed on a graph where the horizontal axis indicates excitation energy. Assume an instance where an electromagnetic wave showing a comb-shaped spectrum having a plurality of narrow bands as indicated by P1 through P14 and tuning with excitation energies corresponding to the rotational levels of molecule X is irradiated onto the molecule X. The molecule X can sequentially make transitions to higher energy levels by using an electromagnetic wave showing such a comb-shaped spectrum. The energy levels of molecule Y are not synchronized with the comb-shaped spectrum. The two ranges of Y4 through Y7 and Y12 through Y15 operate as gates and the molecule Y cannot make transition from a rotational level to another when a gate is found between them.

    摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a method of producing a heterologous protein by making a coryneform bacterium to produce and efficiently extracellularly secrete (secreto-production) an industrially useful heterologous protein. According to the present invention, a genetic construct is used where a gene sequence encoding an intended protein which is ligated to the downstream of a sequence encoding the signal peptide derived from a coryneform bacterium, the gene construct is introduced into a mutant coryneform bacterium which has a capacity of secreting the heterologous protein at least 2-fold higher than the wild type Corynebacterium glutamicum ATCC 13869, the mutant coryneform bacterium is cultured and the extracellularly released heterologous protein is recovered.

An active microbial transglutaminase having the pro-structure part cleaved can be obtained by culturing a microorganism into which a gene encoding the neutral metalloprotease from actinomycetes according to the present invention has been introduced, where by producing the neutral metalloprotease from actinomycetes, and reacting it on a microbial protransglutaminase.

    摘要: Monofluoromethyl ethylene carbonate, difluoromethyl ethylene carbonate and trifluoromethyl ethylene carbonate are provided as novel compounds. These compounds are very useful as solvents because they are chemically and physically stable, have a high dielectric constant, can readily dissolve organic substances and have a wide application temperature range. These compounds have excellent charge and discharge cycle characteristics, have a high flash point, and are safe as non-aqueous elecytrolytes. Hence, batteries using these compounds withstand voltage and have excellent charge and discharge cycle characteristics.

    摘要: A non-aqueous electrolytic solutions which has self-distinguishing property, low reactivity to metal lithium and high withstand voltage is provided. The non-aqueous electrolytic solutions of the first invention comprise, as electrolyte, lithium salt preferably LiPF.sub.6 and, as solvent, phosphoric acid esters of the following general formula [1]; ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3, which may be the same or different, represent an alkyl group or an alkyl group substituted by one or more halogen atoms and at least one of R.sup.1, R.sup.2, and R.sup.3 represents an alkyl group substituted by one or more halogen atoms. The non-aqueous electrolytic solutions of the second invention comprise, as solvents for electrolyte, trimethyl phosphate, one or more linear carbonates represented by the following general formula [3]; ##STR2## (wherein R.sup.6 represents methyl or ethyl group and R.sup.7 represents a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms) and one or more cyclic carbonates and, as electrolyte, LiPF.sub.6 ; wherein content of the trymetyl phosphate is 1 to 10% by volume of the solvents for electrolyte. The non-aqueous electrolytic solution is suitable for a cell using carbon material capable of being doped and dedoped with lithium ions as a negative electrode active material and complexed oxide of lithium and a transition metal as a positive electrode active material.
