    摘要: The present invention provides an insulated container capable of reducing manufacturing costs, obtaining a sufficient heat insulating effect, and capable of being applied to various installation spaces having different shapes, and a method of manufacturing the same. The insulated container, which stores a liquid at a maintained temperature, includes: an internal container (1) which stores the liquid therein and includes a liquid inlet (5) and a liquid outlet (5); a sheet-like covering material (3) which houses the internal container (1); and an insulated space which is provided between the covering material (3) and the internal container (1) and is filled with a heat insulating material (2) and a gas adsorbent (4) to be decompressed. In the insulated container, a filler (6) is provided to a joint section (7) between the covering material (3) and the internal container (1).

    摘要: Disclosed are an insulated container in which a high-performance vacuum heat insulating material is formed around a three-dimensional container and in which heat loss is minimized, and a method of manufacturing the insulated container. An insulated container for heat-insulation storage of a liquid has a resin inner container equipped with liquid flow inlet/outlet portions, an interior member and an exterior member which accommodate the inner container and around which a gas barrier layer is formed, and a heat insulation space which is defined between the interior member and the exterior member and which is held in a pressure-reduced state, with a heat insulating material being sealed therein. Further, flange members are fitted onto the flow inlet/outlet portions, lower flange surfaces of the flange members are bonded to the interior member, and upper flange surfaces thereof are bonded to the exterior member.

    摘要: The present invention provides a heat-insulating container and a method for manufacturing the same which make it possible to lower manufacturing costs, and to obtain a sufficient heat-insulating effect, and which are also suitably used in a limited installation space such as an engine compartment or the like. The present invention is a heat-insulating container for storing and maintaining a temperature of a liquid, comprising an inside container (1) having inlet and outlet opening part (5) for the liquid, and a sheet-form outer covering (3) which accommodates the inside container (1). A heat-insulating material (2) is sealed between the outer covering (3) and the inside container (1), and a heat-insulating space in a state of reduced pressure is formed between the outer covering (3) and the inside container (1), flange parts are formed on the liquid inlet and outlet openings of the inside container (1), the outer covering (3) and the inside container (1) are joined by the flange parts. The resulting heat-insulating container has exceptional heat-insulating properties and can be used in a limited space.
