    摘要: Disclosed are an insulated container in which a high-performance vacuum heat insulating material is formed around a three-dimensional container and in which heat loss is minimized, and a method of manufacturing the insulated container. An insulated container for heat-insulation storage of a liquid has a resin inner container equipped with liquid flow inlet/outlet portions, an interior member and an exterior member which accommodate the inner container and around which a gas barrier layer is formed, and a heat insulation space which is defined between the interior member and the exterior member and which is held in a pressure-reduced state, with a heat insulating material being sealed therein. Further, flange members are fitted onto the flow inlet/outlet portions, lower flange surfaces of the flange members are bonded to the interior member, and upper flange surfaces thereof are bonded to the exterior member.

    摘要: Disclosed are an insulated container in which a high-performance vacuum heat insulating material is formed around a three-dimensional container and in which heat loss is minimized, and a method of manufacturing the insulated container.     摘要: An oil application device having an oil application amount control layer bonded to an oil retaining member for retaining application-use silicone oil using the mixture of adhesive and mixture-use silicone oil. The ratio (VKS)/(VTS) of a viscosity (VKS) of the mixture-use silicone oil at 25° C. to a viscosity (VTS) of the application-use silicone oil at 25° C. ranges from 50/1 to 1/10. By using the oil application device, releasing oil can be applied to a thermal fixing roller uniformly. The oil application amount control layer does not peel off or is not displaced during operation, and no oil exudes during nonuse.

The porous round-rod-like molded product contains heat-resistant fibers bound to each other by a binder, and has fine communicating voids free from the binder among the fibers and evenly distributed pores having a pore size in a range of from 0.05 to 2 mm and a total void percentage in a range of from 30 to 90%. The porous round-rod-like molded product is impregnated with silicone oil. The heat-resistant fiber felt layer has a thickness in a range of from 0.5 to 5 mm. The porous film has a thickness in a range of from 15 to 130 &mgr;m, a mean pore size in a range of from 0.1 to 3.0 &mgr;m, a porosity in a range of from 60 to 90% and an air permeability in a range of from 3 to 1500 sec per 100 cc.

According to the present invention, an intermediate stalk that allows water to be sufficiently released from the refractory heat insulator during heating, does not explode, does not produce cracks in the refractory heat insulator due to the difference in coefficient of thermal expansion between the refractory heat insulator and the metal covering material, and allows easy replacement of the refractory heat insulator, a method of producing the same, and a low-pressure die-casting apparatus can be provided.
