    摘要： A content collecting apparatus, capable of accessing a plurality of electronic communities which each exchange contents among users via a network, includes a content accepting portion to accept a content input by a user as a question content, a selecting portion to select at least one of the electronic communities for posting the question content thereon, a posting portion to post the question content on the selected electronic community, and an evaluating portion to evaluate the electronic community on which the question content was posted, on the basis of an answer content posted in correspondence with the question content on that electronic community. The selecting portion, on the basis of the evaluation result by the evaluating portion, selects a second electronic community from among the plurality of electronic communities that is different from the first electronic community on which the question content was posted.

The portable terminal obtains an operation history on an image processing apparatus in the equipment based on the received information, and displays an operation screen presenting the operation history in a selectable manner on a display unit. Then, when a selection of operation history is accepted, a control signal for allowing the image processing apparatus to execute image processing indicated by the operation history is transmitted to the image processing apparatus.

Here, each setting value string (i) indicates a setting condition used in a corresponding executed job, and (ii) includes setting values, each of which is associated with a different one of setting items and indicates a setting mode of the associated setting item. When a reception unit receives a setting value for a new job from a user, a search unit searches the database for a setting value string related to the received setting value. A display control unit displays the setting value string found by the search unit on a screen.
