摘要： A silver halide color photographic material comprising a support having thereon at least one light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, wherein the silver halide emulsion layer contains a silver halide emulsion sensitized by a methine dye represented by following formula (I) and the total content of calcium in the photographic constituting layers on the support is not more than 10 mg/m.sup.2 ; ##STR1## wherein Q represents a non-metallic atomic group necessary for forming a 5-membered or 6-membered ring; R.sub.1 to R.sub.11 each represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent, however, at least one of R.sub.1 to R.sub.3 represents a group containing an aromatic group and R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are not a hydrogen atom; L.sub.1 to L.sub.3 each represents a methine group; n represents an integer of from 0 to 6; M represents a counter ion neutralizing an electrostatic charge; and m represents 0 or 1;The material provides an excellent stability showing less deviation of the performance at the production thereof and provides an excellent processing stability and less depositions in processing liquids and thus forms less streaks even in continuous processing.

摘要： There is disclosed a silver halide photographic emulsion comprising silver halide grains, wherein 50% or more of the projected area of the silver halide grains to be contained is occupied by tabular grains having an aspect ratio of 2 or more and a grain thickness of 0.2 &mgr;m or less, with the tabular grains each having a phase with the content of silver bromide being 10% or more, and wherein in the phase, the tabular grains each contain a metal complex dopant in an amount necessary to increase the density of a dislocation. This emulsion produces high contrast and better granularity while it has high sensitivity. Further, there is also disclosed a silver halide photographic emulsion, wherein the average equivalent-circle diameter of the total tabular grains among the silver halide grains contained is 2.0 to 4.0 &mgr;m, and the tabular grains contain at least one metal complex having, as a ligand, a heterocyclic compound in a number more than half of the coordination number of the metal atom. This emulsion has high sensitivity and excellent photographic characteristics exhibiting little change of gradation upon exposure to high-intensity illumination. In addition, the present invention provides a silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material using the emulsion, and a color image forming process that is simple and rapid and places little load on the environment, using the material.

摘要： There is disclosed a silver halide photographic light-sensitive which is capable of providing a rapid processing as well as a high sensitivity and in which a change in an aging time in exposing through processing provides less performance fluctuation and therefore an excellent stability. The silver halide photographic light-sensitive material comprises a support and provided thereon at least one light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer and at least one non-light-sensitive layer, wherein at least one of the above light-sensitive emulsion layers contains a silver halide emulsion grain which comprises silver bromochloride having a silver chloride content of 90% or more or silver chloride each containing substantially no silver iodide and in which 50% or more of a grain surface consists of a (111) plane; and further, at least one of the non-light-sensitive layers contains a compound represented by the following Formula (I): ##STR1## wherein X represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, an amino group, or a sulfonamido group; R.sup.11 and R.sup.12 each represent the same group as that defined for X, an alkyl group, an aryl group, an amido group, a ureido group, an alkylthio group, an arylthio group, an alkoxy group, or an aryloxy group, and R.sup.11 and R.sup.12 may cooperate to form a carbon ring or a heterocyle; when X is a hydrogen atom, R.sup.11 represents a hydroxyl group, an amino group, or a sulfonamido group; R.sup.13 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a sulfo group, a carboxyl group, an alkyl group, an acyl group, an oxycarbonyl group, a carbamoyl group, a sulfonyl group, or a sulfamoyl group; and, the compound represented by Formula (I) has a molecular weight of 390 or more.
