    摘要: The invention provides a pump with a pulsation suppression device which can further enhance the effect of suppressing pulsation. According to the invention, in one side portion of a pump head wall 1 having inflow and outflow passages 2 and 3, a first bellows 7 which is driven so as to extend and contract by an air cylinder portion 14, and check valves 16a and 16b which alternately open and close a pump working chamber 9a formed in the first bellows 7 are disposed to constitute a reciprocal pump portion 4. In the other side portion of the pump head wall 1, a pulsation suppressing portion 5 is configured so as to have a second bellows 18 that is extendable and contractible, and that forms: a liquid chamber 20a which can temporarily store liquid that is to be discharged from the pump portion 4; and an air chamber 20b which is isolated from the liquid chamber 20a. The pulsation suppressing portion absorbs pulsation of the liquid which is discharged from the pump portion 4, by a change in the capacity of the liquid chamber 20a. The extension rate of the second bellows 18 is set to be larger than that of the first bellows 7.

    摘要: A bellows that is extendingly and contractingly deformable in the axial direction is placed in a pump body and forms a liquid chamber inside the bellows. A suction portion and a discharge portion are formed in an inner bottom face of the pump body facing the liquid chamber. Liquid is sucked from the suction port into the liquid chamber by extension of the bellows, and the liquid in the liquid chamber is discharged from the discharge portion by contraction of the bellows. The extending and contracting portion of the bellows which is configured by forming ridge-like folds and valley-like folds in a vertically alternate and continuous manner is formed into a shape in which the lower one of upper and lower lamella portions of each of the ridge-like folds, or the lower lamella portion is inclined downwardly toward the axis defining the axial direction, not only in an extending state but also in a contracting state. Even in the case where liquid containing a sedimenting material such as slurry is used, therefore, the sedimenting material can be prevented from sedimenting and stagnating in the extending and contracting portion of the bellows.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a fastening-limiting device for a fastening member which fastens a pipe inserted into a pipe receiving port on the side of a joint. The fastening-limiting device has a ring portion which is fittable onto the outside of the pipe receiving port. A beam portion is formed on the ring portion. A protrusion is formed on the beam portion. A first abutting portion which is to abut against a reference face on the side of the joint is formed on one end of the ring portion. A second abutting portion which is to abut against a confronting portion of the fastening member is formed on the other end of the ring portion. A gap between the first and second abutting portions and is equal to the gap between the reference face and the confronting portion at the time when the fastening member exerts a sealing property and a function of preventing slipping-off. According to the present invention, when an appropriate sealing property of the pipe connection portion and prevention of slipping-off of the pipe are to be attained, the screw amount of the fastening member can be appropriately determined without dispersion.

    摘要: It is an object of the invention to, even in the case where liquid containing a sedimenting material such as slurry is used, prevent sedimenting and aggregation from occurring in a pump. As means for attaining the object, a bellows 7 that is extendingly and contractingly deformable in the axial direction is placed in a pump body 1 with setting the axis B of the bellows vertical so as to be driven to perform extending and contracting deformation, and form a liquid chamber 9 inside the bellows 7. A suction port 18 and a discharge port 19 are formed in an inner bottom face 4a of the pump body 1 facing the liquid chamber 9. Liquid is sucked from the suction port 18 into the liquid chamber 9 by extension of the bellows 7, and the liquid in the liquid chamber 9 is discharged from the discharge port 19 by contraction of the bellows 7. The inner bottom face 4a is formed into a conical shape in which the face is downward inclined as moving toward the discharge port 19. Therefore, also liquid containing a sedimenting material such as slurry can be always smoothly discharged toward the discharge port 19 along the downward inclined face of the inner bottom face 4a without collecting on the inner bottom face 4a of the liquid chamber.

The inner diameter D of the annular pressing portion is set to be 1.0 to 1.1 times, preferably, 1.01 to 1.05 times the outer diameter d of the pipe member, and the length L of the straight inner peripheral face portion in the axial direction is set to be 0.2 to 1.0 times, preferably, 0.2 to 0.8 times the outer diameter d of the pipe member, whereby the rotational resistance in a process of fastening the pressing ring is reduced, so that the loss of fastening torque can be reduced and a predetermined sealing force and a predetermined slipping off resistance can be ensured.

The self-ballasted fluorescent lamp includes a cover, a lighting circuit, an arc tube-a base and a globe and formed into a shape whose outline dimensions are nearly identical to the standard dimensions of a typical light bulb. The arc tube is comprised of a plurality of U-shaped bent bulbs which have an inner tube diameter ranging from 6 to 9 mm and arranged in parallel with one another. Having a bulb height ranging from 50 to 60 mm and a discharge path from 200 to 300 mm long, the arc tube is designed such that the total luminous flux is not less than 700 lm with a lamp efficiency of not less than 60 lm/W when the lamp is lit at the lamp power of 7 to 15 W. An envelope comprising the cover and the globe has a height ranging from 110 to 125 mm, including the height of the base.
