摘要： A system for electromagnetic excitation of an object under examination during magnetic resonance tomography includes a radio frequency (RF) device for generating a radio-frequency signal and a plurality of antennas for emitting the radio-frequency signal. A signal connection exists between the output of the RF device and the plurality of antennas. A source impedance of the signal connection to the output of the RF device at a connection point of the plurality of antennas is significantly higher than the impedance of the plurality of antennas at the connection points, so that the plurality of antennas are fed in a current source feed mode if a radio-frequency signal is present.

摘要： A method for emitting a sequence of high frequency pulses that may have different envelopes in a magnetic resonance tomography system is provided. A digital instruction signal that specifies the envelope for the high frequency pulses that are to be emitted is received. A digital control signal is transmitted to a high frequency unit for generating high frequency pulses, depending on the instruction signal. A test signal that allows notification of a current overload situation is received. The current control signal is reduced if the test signal indicates an overload situation.

摘要： A method determines the layer thickness of a TBC coating of at least one blade of a non-positive-displacement machine. To this end, at least one electromagnetic wave is emitted to the surface of the at least one blade, the at least one electromagnetic wave is then at least partially reflected by the at least one blade, and the reflected portion of the at least one electromagnetic wave is received and subsequently processed. In addition, the at least one electromagnetic wave is emitted with a frequency matched to the layer thickness of the TBC coating, and the phase of the at least one electromagnetic wave is compared with the phase of the at least one received electromagnetic wave. The at least one emitted electromagnetic wave undergoes a phase change during reflection and the layer thickness of the TBC coating is determined by the phase comparison.
