    摘要: The present invention relates to water soluble or water dispersible polyurethane elastomers which have a substantially linear molecular structure and which contain both ethylene oxide units incorporated in polyether chains and sulphonate groups, characterized in that they contain from about 0.5 to 20% by weight of ethylene oxide units of the formula --CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 --O-- arranged within polyether chains and from about 0.1 to 25 milliequivalents, per 100 g of solid, of sulphonate groups of the formula --SO.sub.3.sup..crclbar. in the form of structural units of the formula--O--X--Rarranged in end positions and/or side positions, whereinX represents a polyalkylene oxide chain having from 5 to 90 chain members, at least about 40% of which chain members constitute ethylene oxide units andR represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group having from 3 to 18 carbon atoms containing at least one sulphonate group --SO.sub.3.sup..crclbar. andto a process for their production.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to aqueous coating compositions suitable for use as coating and finishing agents for surface coatings, preferably PVC or polyurethane coatings, based on sedimentation-stable polyurethane dispersions having a solids content of about 10-70% by weight wherein the polyurethane-urea solids material is based on polyester diols, low molecular weight diols and optionally triols, chemically incorporated hydrophilic groups, specific mixtures of diisocyanates and polyamine chain extenders having an average functionality of greater than 2 and wherein the aqueous preparations additionally contain alkoxylated dimethyl-polysiloxanes and water-soluble polyethylene oxides. The present invention is also directed to a process for applying top coats and finishes to surface coatings, preferably PVC or polyurethane surface coatings, wherein the above-described aqueous coating and finishing agents are used as the top coat and the coatings are cured at about 70.degree.-170.degree. C.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of substantially linear isocyanate polyaddition products having side-chain hydroxyl groups by the reaction of reactive systems which contain free isocyanate groups and oxazolidine groups with water, characterized in that(a) substantially linear prepolymers which contain both isocyanate groups and oxazolidine groups in end positions or(b) a mixture containing substantially linear isocyanate prepolymers and bis-oxazolidinesare chain lengthened by mixing with water, using a quantity of water calculated to provide at least about 1 mol of water per mol of oxazolidine groups present in the reaction mixture. The present invention also relates in particular to an embodiment of this process in which the prepolymers used contain chemically built-in hydrophilic groups and/or external emulsifiers, and water is used in such excess that the reaction leads directly to aqueous dispersions or solutions of the polyaddition products. Lastly, the present invention also relates to isocyanate polyaddition products obtainable by the process according to the invention.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a process for the production of aqueous polyurethane-polyurea dispersions by reacting NCO-prepolymers having an average NCO-functionality of 2 to 2.3 and an average molecular weight of about 700 to about 5000 with organic polyamines having an average amine functionality of 2.05 to about 3 and an average molecular weight of 60 to about 2000 containing primary and/or secondary amino groups at an NCO/NH ratio about 1.05:1 to about 7:1 in the presence of a water-miscible, weakly polar solvent inert to isocyanate groups and having a boiling point at normal pressure below 100.degree. C., converting the resulting solution of the reaction products into an aqueous dispersion by the addition of water and optionally removing the solvent used by distillation, characterized in that the reactants and amounts used are selected such that the resulting reaction products have an NCO-functionality of 2.2 to about 3 and NCO-content of about 0.1 to 5% by weight. The present invention is also directed to the products of this process and their use for the production of coatings.

    摘要: This invention relates to coating compositions based on aqueous polyurethane dispersions, as well as the use of the coating compositions for the production of top coats or finishes on flexible substrates, particularly on PVC. The present coating agents contain an aqueous polyurethane dispersion having certain physico-chemical properties and the following composition of the solid substance:(A) from about 30 to 60%, by weight, of a hexane diol-1,6-polyester diol having a molecular weight of from about 500 to 6000;(B) up to about 8%, by weight, of a relatively low molecular weight triol having a molecular weight of from about 91 to 399;(C) from about 3 to 30%, by weight, of one or more mono- or poly-functional compounds bearing cationic and/or anionic groups and/or containing non-ionic polyoxyethylene segments;(D) from about 20 to 50%, by weight, of a diisocyanate corresponding to the following general formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3, which may be the same or different, each represents hydrogen or a straight- or branched-chain aliphatic hydrocarbon radical containing from 1 to 4 carbon atoms;(E) from about 2.5 to 20%, by weight, of other aliphatic and/or cycloaliphatic diisocyanates; and(F) from about 0.5 to 4%, by weight, of hydrazine; and optionally conventional additives, auxiliaries and catalysts.
