The oil application amount control layer is provided on the oil application side of the heat-resisting fiber felt.

摘要： An oil coating roller comprising a porous round-rod-like molded product, a heat-resistant fiber felt layer provided on an outer circumference of the porous round-rod-like molded product, and a porous film applied onto an outer circumference of the felt layer. The porous round-rod-like molded product contains heat-resistant fibers bound to each other by a binder, and has fine communicating voids free from the binder among the fibers and evenly distributed pores having a pore size in a range of from 0.05 to 2 mm and a total void percentage in a range of from 30 to 90%. The porous round-rod-like molded product is impregnated with silicone oil. The heat-resistant fiber felt layer has a thickness in a range of from 0.5 to 5 mm. The porous film has a thickness in a range of from 15 to 130 &mgr;m, a mean pore size in a range of from 0.1 to 3.0 &mgr;m, a porosity in a range of from 60 to 90% and an air permeability in a range of from 3 to 1500 sec per 100 cc.

The pipe cover is used to cover the outer periphery of a pipe, and includes a base that is formed of a tubular heat insulator, and a surface member that covers the outer surface of the base, a heat radiation section and a heat radiation-suppressing section being provided on the outer surface of the surface member, and the emissivity of the heat radiation section at a wavelength of 2 to 15 μm being higher than the emissivity of the heat radiation-suppressing section at a wavelength of 2 to 15 μm.

摘要： A light and inexpensive heat storage member applicable to spacecrafts is provided. The heat storage member includes a honeycomb structural body having a plurality of cells. Each of the cells is filled with a capsule, which contains a heat storage material, and a heat conductive filler. The heat storage member is provided by bringing a starting material that is a mixture of the capsule containing the heat storage material and the heat conductive filler into contact with the honeycomb structural body to cover at least one surface of the opening of the cells of the honeycomb structure body, subjecting the same to uniaxial pressure molding under the pressure of 4 MPa or more and 10 MPa or less, and filling each cell with the starting material.
