摘要： With a piezoelectric transformer formed of a ferroelectric element which generates a high voltage in a secondary section upon application of an AC voltage to a primary section, ground electrodes are attached to upper and lower surfaces of the secondary section of the piezoelectric transformer via a dielectric sheet for insulation in tight contact therewith such that a dielectric barrier discharge occurs around the ground electrodes to generate positive and negative ions, and an air flow is injected from an air nozzle to flow toward a neutralized subject across the ground electrodes.

摘要： A static eliminator that can be placed at a close distance capable of eliminating static electricity while preventing furious elevation of the surface electric potential of a work when the static eliminator is placed at a close distance to the work. A cover formed by an electro conductive porous material covering discharge needles is attached to a holding member in which a plurality of the discharge needles are provided and air blowing openings for ejecting air around the discharge needles are provided. The cover evenly discharges ionized air from the surface of the cover, and is electrically connected to ground to have a function for absorbing a part of generated ions.

摘要： To provide an ionizer wherein an air flow path in a hollow casing is formed so as to be pressure-resistant while ensuring an effective cross sectional area without becoming voluminous, and the flow path is ensured simply and easily. In an ionizer including a hollow casing that contains a high voltage power unit and a control unit inside, along the longitudinal direction of the casing, a plurality of electrode units each including needle electrodes and an air outlet for blowing out an air stream around the needle electrodes are arranged in a line. A part along the longitudinal direction of the hollow casing is formed of a synthetic resin, and a resin casing composed of the synthetic resin is integrally formed with a conduit of an air flow path extending in the longitudinal direction of the casing so that a part of the inner wall of the resin casing serves as a wall of the conduit and that the air flow path communicates with the air outlet.

摘要： To provide a static eliminating method and apparatus therefor which applies a high voltage to one of a pair of electrode needles and earths the other thereof, and eliminates the need of an earthed ground plate. A single or several electrodes are provided, having one pair of electrode needles for individually applying positive and negative high voltages facing each other in a holding member made of insulating material. Changeover is performed in a short period between an applying status where a positive or negative high voltage is applied to one of the electrode needles and the other electrode needle is connected to the ground, and an applying status where the electrode needle which is applied the high voltage is connected to the ground and a high voltage having a reverse polarity to the high voltage is applied to the electrode needle connected to the ground, thereby performing static elimination by acting positive and negative ions generated based on high voltage of the electrode needles on the object to be static-eliminated.
