摘要： A swivel assembly of a vehicle seat including a ring-shaped upper plate fixed to a seat side member of a vehicle; a ring-shaped lower plate fixed to a floor side member of the vehicle; and a set plate holding the upper plate between it and the lower plate. This agent is effective for treating or preventing cerebral hemorrhage sequela, cerebral infarction sequela, cerebral arterioscleosis, subarachnoid hemorrhage sequela, cranial injury sequela, cerebral operation sequela, cerebrovascular dementia, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, Pick's disease, various anoxia toxicosis including, but not limited to anthracemia sequela, cerebral alcoholism related diseases, and the like.

摘要： A vibration damping mount capable of reducing vibration and noise, and improving vehicle stability and controllability. Between an inner cylindrical sleeve and outer cylindrical sleeve which are coaxially arranged with each other, a vibration-damping rubber body is disposed and joined thereto. A stopper plate is secured to a lower end of the inner cylindrical sleeve. The vibration-damping rubber body extends from the lower end thereof along a flange which projects outward from a lower end of the outer cylindrical sleeve to define an annular rubber stopper. An end edge of the annular rubber stopper abuts a peripheral part of the stopper plate. A rubber spacer is disposed in an annular space defined by the rubber stopper, vibration-damping rubber body and stopper plate so as to be compressed and generate a reaction force upon obliquely applied loads due to the relative displacement between the inner sleeve and outer sleeve, thereby reducing vibration and noise with friction damping, and improving vehicle stability and controllability against the obliquely applied loads by applying an increased spring constant upwardly.

摘要： The liquid-sealing type vibration isolating apparatus of the present invention includes a coupler configured to be attached to a vibrating body, a holder, an insulator for absorbing and isolating vibration from the vibrating body at a position between the coupler and the holder, and a vibration isolating mechanism directly following the insulator and including liquid chambers sealing an incompressible fluid. This vibration isolating mechanism has a main chamber sealing a liquid, having a part of a wall thereof formed by the insulator, an auxiliary chamber communicating with the main chamber via an orifice, and an equilibrium chamber provided in a portion of the main chamber via a diaphragm and having a varying volume in the chamber. The vibration isolating apparatus further includes a switching mechanism for introducing a negative pressure and the atmospheric pressure continuously or in synchronization with vibration of the vibrating body, and a control mechanism for controlling this switching operation.
