摘要： A recording/playback apparatus is disposed with a first recording/playback unit, a second recording/playback unit, and a display unit. The display unit includes a first display representing the first recording/playback unit, a second display representing the second recording/playback unit, and plural light-emitting elements disposed between the first display and the second display. The recording/playback apparatus is also disposed with an input unit to which is inputted a start instruction of dubbing for transmitting and receiving data between the first recording/playback unit and the second recording/playback unit. When the start instruction is inputted to the input unit and dubbing is started, the display unit displays the direction of dubbing, the speed of dubbing, and the percentage of completion of dubbing by lighting the plural light-emitting elements.

摘要： A multiple hemostatic clip application apparatus operates for tissue clamping in combination with an endoscope. For use with the clip application apparatus, a clip package is provided, and has a multiple clip assembly, which includes a clip device, and a fastening mechanism, disposed at a proximal end of the clip device, for fastening to a shaft head of an operating wire inserted through a flexible sheath of the clip application apparatus. A coupling device includes a casing for containing the multiple clip assembly in a manner movable from the fastening mechanism toward the flexible sheath, and a guide slider for pressing the shaft head toward the fastening mechanism, for fastening together. The fastening mechanism emerges from the casing, the shaft head being overlapped on the fastening mechanism in an axial direction of the multiple clip assembly.

The second movement restricting portion restricts the outward movement of the clip holding member.
