摘要： A radiation sensitive composition comprising a colorant, a binder polymer, at least one esterified product selected from the group consisting of (c-1) an esterified product of a dicarboxylic acid and a free hydroxyl group-containing poly(meth)acrylate and (c-2) an esterified product of a polycarboxylic acid having at least three carboxyl groups and a monohydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate and a photopolymerization initiator. A color filter is produced by photo-curing the composition.
