摘要: An ink-jet printer head is characterized by comprising an organic film coated on the surface of the nozzle plate for discharging ink, in which solid particles having abrasion resistance are dispersed, and a water-repellent film on the surface of the organic film, in which the chains of fluorocarbon polymer is grown. The head shows improved durability of the chains of the fluorocarbon polymer on the nozzle plate during cleaning of the nozzle surface.

摘要: A three-dimensional laminated mold is formed by ejecting a mold material into a groove formed in a support. The support is formed from a support material ejected from an inkjet head. The support material has a ratio of density difference of equal to or less than 13.5%. The ratio of density difference is calculated from an equation: ratio of density difference=((D1-D2)/D1)×100 wherein D1 indicates the density of the support material at 20° C., and D2 indicates the density of the support material at a temperature at which a viscosity of the support material measured using a rotational viscometer falls within the range of 10±1 mPa·s.

摘要: An inkjet head selectively ejects recording ink droplets and refresh ink droplets. The recording ink droplets are deflected so as to impinge on target locations on a recording medium, thereby forming recording dots thereon. On the other hand, the refresh ink droplets are deflected so as to impinge on an ink absorbing member. The ink clinging on the ink absorbing member is collected into an ink tank and reused. The ink absorbing member functions as a filter for preventing impurities being collected into the ink tank along with the ink.
