    摘要: An external high/low voltage compatible semiconductor memory device includes an internal voltage pad, an internal voltage generation circuit, and an internal voltage control signal generation circuit. The internal voltage pad connects a low external voltage with an internal voltage, and the internal voltage generation circuit generates an internal voltage in response to an internal voltage control signal and a high external voltage. The internal voltage control signal generation circuit generates an internal voltage control signal according to an high or low external voltage. Thus, a database of the semiconductor memory device can be managed without classifying the database into databases for the high voltage and databases for the low voltage because of the internal voltage control signal. In addition, the internal voltage level is stable because charges provided to the internal voltage are regulated according to a voltage level of the external voltage.

    摘要: A circuit and method for selecting reference voltages in a semiconductor memory device, in which an internal voltage or a high voltage can be changed by use of a plurality of reference voltage generators therewith, so as to enable the selection of mutually different reference voltages. In one embodiment, the circuit comprises a plural number of reference voltage generators for generating first and second reference voltages; an internal voltage generator for receiving the first or second reference voltage, and generating an internal voltage of a constant level; and a high voltage generator for receiving and boosting the first or second reference voltage, and generating the high voltage VPP of a given level. In such construction, one reference voltage out of the first and second reference voltages is selected and input to the high voltage generator, and one reference voltage out of the first and second reference voltages is selected and input to the internal voltage generator, in response to a reference voltage selection signal supplied to the device.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a display device and a method for manufacturing the display device. The display device includes at least one partition formed on a lower display panel. A color filter may fill a region defined by the partitions. A first upper passivation layer is formed on the color filter, and a second upper passivation layer is formed on the first upper passivation layer and the partitions such that the LCD structure is planarized. In the display device, the height of the partition is sufficiently high to prevent mixing of the colors of neighboring pixel filters, and the process margin of the spacer and the light blocking member may be ensured. The partitions can be formed with multiple layers having different widths such that the mixture of colors between the neighboring pixels may be prevented, and the color reproducibility may be increased.
