Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for performing an adaptive bundling transmission in wireless communication system, the method comprising: generating a uplink (UL) data to be transmitted for an uplink grant of a Hybrid-ARQ (HARQ) process; performing a new HARQ transmission of the UL data with resetting a counter of the HARQ process, performing a HARQ retransmission of the UL data, if the new HARQ transmission of the UL data fails, wherein the counter is counted each time a HARQ transmission of the UL data fails, wherein if the counter is equal to or larger than a threshold, the HARQ retransmission of the UL data is performed with bundling transmission.

Abstract: A method for transmitting data through a logical channel by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method comprises determining whether data for the logical channel exists or not; increasing a token value based on a prioritized Bit Rate (PBR) and a time elapsed since the data becomes available for the logical channel, when the data for the logical channel exists; and transmitting the data or a part of the data through the logical channel, when the token value is greater than 0, wherein when there is no data for the logical channel, the token value is not increased.

A wireless device switches the active BWP of the certain cell from the dormant BWP to another BWP upon triggering the scheduling request procedure, wherein at least one PDCCH is configured on the other BWP.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) can perform dual registration with different radio access technology (RAT) system. The UE registers with a core network of a second system independent of a first system while maintaining registration with a core network of the first system. One of the first and second systems may be a LTE system using a first radio access technology (RAT), and the other one may be new RAT system using a second RAT different from the first RAT.
