    摘要： In connection with cleaning of gas from particles suspended therein and being heavier than the gas the gas is caused to rotate in a chamber delimited in a stationary housing, so that the particles by centrifugal force are separated from the gas and are thrown towards a stationary housing. The rotation of the gas is accomplished by means of a rotor, which includes a stack of conical separation discs arranged coaxially with each other and concentrically with the rotational axis of the rotor. The gas to be cleaned is caused to flow through interspaces between the separation discs, while they are rotating, the particles by the centrifugal force being brought into contact with the insides of the separation discs. In contact with the insides of the separation discs the particles first move along the generatrices of the separation discs and then move along inclined guiding members, which are arranged in contact with said insides. The guiding members collect particles moving across different sectors of the separation discs and conduct them to separate areas distributed around the surrounding edges of the separation discs. From these areas the particles in an agglomerated or coalesced form are thrown away from the separation discs towards the stationary housing.

    摘要： In a centrifugal separator, the rotor of which is adapted to be driven by means of a gaseous driving fluid, the rotor itself supports a ring of turbine blades extending around the rotational axis of the rotor. A stationary nozzle is adapted to direct a flow of the driving fluid towards the ring of turbine members. After the driving fluid has passed between the turbine blades and has influenced them for driving of the centrifugal rotor, it enters a reversing chamber formed by a stationary reversing member. In the reversing chamber the driving fluid is caused to change its direction and is then conducted again towards the ring of turbine members in order to be utilized a second time for driving of the centrifugal rotor.

    摘要： An outlet device for discharging liquid from a chamber (16) in a centrifugal rotor, that is rotatable around a rotational axis (12), comprises an outlet member (29). This outlet member is turnable around a turning axis (26) in parallel with said rotational axis (12) and is held by a spring (31) pressed radially outwardly in the chamber (16) against and partly into a liquid body rotating with the centrifugal rotor. The outlet member (29), which further forms an outlet channel (34) and an inlet opening (30) communicating therewith, is shaped such that the inlet opening (30) is situated downstream of said turning axis (26) during operation of the centrifugal rotor.

    摘要： In a centrifugal rotor there is an inlet chamber (7), a separation chamber (8) and an outlet chamber (10), which chambers are coupled in series. A stationary outlet member (16) is arranged to remove from a predetermined level in the outlet chamber (10) separated liquid during normal operation of the centrifugal rotor. For internal cleaning of the centrifugal rotor there is arranged within the outlet chamber (10) inside said predetermined radial level a preferably stationary reconducting member (26) that is dimensioned to accomplish a recirculation flow of cleaning liquid through said chambers (7, 8, 10) in the centrifugal rotor, which circulation flow is substantially larger than the flow of liquid which during normal operation of the centrifugal rotor passes through these chambers.
