Abstract: A safety reflector for a jogger is disclosed with a cavity behind the reflector surface in which a hard disk, such as a coin, is placed so that as the jogger runs the disk, as it bounces, causes a flickering pattern on the reflector and sounds cadence in accordance with the gait of the jogger.
