Abstract:
A sizer for a hanger lacking a hook boss includes a pair of longitudinal walls spaced apart from each other by a pair of end sections. The sizer may include a pair of protrusion, wherein a first is disposed on a first wall of the pair of longitudinal walls and directed toward a second wall of the pair of longitudinal walls. A first jaw is disposed on one of the pair of end section. The pair of longitudinal walls flexes apart when the jaw passes over a flange of the hanger. The first jaw includes a lower portion having a curved edge. The first jaw further includes an upper portion. The lower portion and upper portion meet at an abrupt jaw point.

Abstract:
It is tubular element of cellulose or paper material for making hangers, having a cylindrical conformation, with a cross section perpendicular to its longitudinal axis of a substantially circular shape, from the surface of which a flat element (1200) integral with the tubular element (1) and extending over the entire longitudinal length of said tubular element (1) is radially projected outwardly. Said element provides that at its surface opposite to that in which the flat element (1200) is present at least one opening constituted by a hole (2000) or by a slit (2001) within which an accessory element is insertable and it provides, at the end of the tubular element (1), rods (2002) insertable in suitable holes (2000) present on the surface of the tubular element (1) opposite to the surface in which the flat element (1200) is present, at the end of said tubular element (1), said rods (2002) being adapted to prevent the outward disengagement of clamps hooked to said tubular element (1) and adapted to hold garments and the like.
Abstract:
It is a method (1) for producing hangers and similar devices for clothing, comprising at least one concave area, starting from a flat layer of paper material, that provides for the following steps:
a) wetting said flat layer of paper material so as to increase the humidity percentage with respect to the standard humidity percentage at room temperature; b) leaving said layer of paper material to rest for a predetermined period of time so that said humidity percentage is uniformly distributed throughout the entire thickness of said flat layer of paper material; c) cutting said flat layer of paper material so as to define an appropriate shape for the realization of said hanger; d) carrying out a knurling operation on at least one portion of said cut flat layer of paper material in which said at least one concave area will be realized; e) forming said cut flat layer of paper material by means of the introduction of said cut flat layer of paper material between a mould and a counter-mould and subsequently through pressing; f) carrying out a stabilisation operation of said hanger, reducing the humidity percentage thereof.
