    摘要: Disclosed is a catalyst compound for preparing a polyester resin. Provided are a novel catalyst compound for preparing a polyester resin, a polyester resin prepared using the compound and a container molded using the resin. The polyester resin is nontoxic, is environmentally friendly and exhibits high intrinsic viscosity and superior colors L and b, thus solving reaction speed during solid state polymerization and a yellowing phenomenon, problems associated with use of conventional titanium catalysts.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for vacuum arc deposition of material on a surface of an object uses a vacuum chamber accommodating the active surface of the cathode and an anode. A power supply connected to the anode and cathode establishes an electric arc. The track of the arc is controlled with a magnetic field established with a permanent magnet that is moved in a closed path relative to the cathode. A solenoid modifies the main magnetic field produced on the active surface of the cathode.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for producing a copper indium selenium (CIS) or copper indium gallium selenium (CIGS) thin-film light-absorbing layer. The method includes forming a coating layer of CIGS slurry, removing a solvent, a dispersant and a binder from the coating layer to form a powder coat layer, pressing the powder coat layer to improve its particle packing density, and heating the powder layer to form a dense thin film. The method uses a powder process as a non-vacuum process to produce a CIS or CIGS thin film in high yield at low cost. Further disclosed is a method for manufacturing a thin-film solar cell including the production method.
