摘要： An object-to-be-soldered (92) is accommodated in a sealable chamber (17). An internal pressure (P) of the chamber (17) is raised to a normal pressure (Po) or higher by feeding a reducing gas to the chamber (17). A soldering of a semiconductor element (12) with respect to a circuit board (11) is carried out in the pressurized state. The pressurized state indicating a set pressure (P1) (for example, 0.13 MPa) is maintained in a solder melting period (t3 to t7) until the molten solder (33) is solidified (t7) after the solder (33) starts melting (t3). Accordingly, voids are inhibited from being generated in the solder after being solidified.

摘要： In an open-end spinning apparatus provided with a fiber feed mechanism, a combing roller for separating a bundle of fibers supplied from the feed mechanism into individual fibers, a spinning rotor for receiving individual fibers delivered from the combing roller and for forming a ring shaped bundle of fibers on a fiber collecting zone formed at an inside wall position having a maximum lateral diameter with respect to a rotational axis thereof, and a yarn guide means for introducing a yarn formed in the spinning rotor toward a takeup mechanism disposed at a position outside the spinning rotor, a plurality of air streams are directly blown toward the fiber collecting zone by means of air stream creating means so that the ring shaped bundle of fibers deposited on the fiber collecting surface is urged toward the inside wall of the rotor at this collecting zone by the action of the air stream together with the centrifugal force of the fibers which is created by the rotation of the spinning rotor.

摘要： A take-up rate and a let-off rate in warp feed on a loom are controlled while a displacement (.DELTA.L) of a cloth fell position C is taken into account. The system comprises a cloth fell position compensation circuit (2, 16, 21) which outputs a cloth fell compensation signal (.DELTA..omega..sub.c) to compenate a displacement (.DELTA.L) of the cloth fell position (C) when a weaving condition such as a target weft density (D*), a target warp tension (T*) or the kinds of weft and warp yarns is changed. The cloth fell compensation signal is added to a basic warp feed rate (.omega..sub.f) obtained from D*, so that the displacement motion of the cloth fell is completed in a shorter time. According to this compensation, a weft density of a resultant fabric rapidly coincides with the target weft density.

摘要： An apparatus for measuring the weft yarn length for a loom constructed in accordance with the present invention comprises at least two weft yarn supply units each having a weft yarn length measurement element presenting a yarn winding surface, an equal number of electric motors each adapted for winding weft yarn around said yarn winding surface of the measurement element, and weft yarn latching mechanisms for controlling the amount of the weft yarn wound on each winding surface and the transfer of the wound yarn in the weft inserting direction. Each of the rotational speeds of the respective motors and the operation of the respective weft yarn latching mechanisms may be controlled by a control unit in accordance with a preset weft yarn selection program.Each yarn length measurement element may be associated with a sensor for sensing the number of times the weft yarn is wound on the element. Sensor signals are introduced into the control means from said sensors and speed commands are outputted from said control means to respective motors for compensating for any fluctuations that may be caused in the measured lengths of the weft yarn.

摘要： This invention provides a rotor sealing device used on an open-end spinning apparatus having a spinning rotor which forms therein air-discharge apertures, the opening in said spinning rotor being openably closed by a body member which has a fibers delivery aperture formed therein; said rotor sealing device being characterized in that a sealing member is inserted into the space located between said rotor opening and said body member positioned in opposite relation thereto. This device, though being of such a simple construction, is capable of improving the effect of rotor inside sealing over devices heretofore.

摘要： A dust removing mechanism is applied to each unit of an open-end spinning machine. In each spinning unit provided with an opening roller and a spinning rotor for creating a yarn from fibers supplied from the opening roller, a casing partly surrounds the opening roller and a dust removing opening is formed in the casing. In such mechanism, a dust removing zone is formed so that it communicates with the dust removing opening and the dust removing zone is divided into a dust separating zone and a dust discharging zone. An air-takein opening is provided so as to create an auxiliary air stream, by which the separation of dust from the useful fibers can be effectively carried out.

摘要： Disclosed is an open-end spinning apparatus provided with a fiber-bundle supply mechanism disposed to a casing and a combing roller disposed in the casing, so as to separate the supplied bundle of fibers into individual fibers, and a spinning rotor for forming a yarn from said individual fibers; a fiber carrying passage is formed in the casing at a position between the fiber-bundle supply mechanism and the spinning rotor, the fiber carrying passage being provided with a combing section where an action of the combing roller is imparted to the bundle of fibers delivered from the fiber-bundle supply mechanism so that the fibers of the fiber-bundle are separated from each other from; a pneumatic or mechanical means is provided for positively introducing the above-mentioned individual fibers to a part of the cylindrical surface of the combing roller; so that, consequently, all fibers contained in the bundle of fibers fed from the fiber-bundle supply mechanism receive effective combing action of the combing roller in the combing section of the fiber carrying passage.

摘要： A spinning unit for an open end spinning machine is disclosed. The unit includes a rotor having a short cylindrical portion defining a central aperture, a frustoconical portion connected at one end to and converging toward the cylindrical portion, and a portion connected to the other end of the frustoconical portion with air discharge openings. The unit further includes a casing having a first portion, and a second portion connected to the first portion of the casing and surrounding the portion of the rotor connected to the other end of the frustoconical portion to define an annular chamber into which air is discharged through the air discharge openings during rotation of the rotor. The first portion has an inner surface substantially surrounding both the cylindrical and frustoconical portions of the rotor in spaced relationship therewith thereby to provide a relatively long and narrow bent passage defined between the first portion of the casing and the cylindrical and frustoconical portions of the rotor and extending between the central aperture of the rotor and the chamber of the casing.
