    摘要: A method and apparatus enabling the placement of a mark on a lens at a desired position, easily and rapidly, without damaging the lens. The method comprising (1) the step of measuring a lens in which the optical properties and the reference position of the spectacle lens are measured and (2) the step of processing in which the lens is processed based on the optical information obtained in the step of measuring a lens. In the step of measuring a lens, the optical properties of the lens, such as the prism value, are measured using a desirable position selected as on the uncut lens as the position of measurement. An an optical reference position, such as the optical center, is calculated, a guiding mark is placed at the calculated position the relationship between the mark and the optical reference position is used in subsequent cut processing.

    摘要: A lens holder (16) is attached to a processing target lens (2) such that a holder center (O) coincides with a processing center position (21) of the lens. An axial deviation measuring mark (81a, 81b) is displayed on the processing target lens (2) to coincide with a reference position mark (80a, 80b) of the lens holder (16), and the circumferential surface of the processing target lens (2) undergoes primary processing. After primary processing, the axial deviation of the processing target lens (2) is measured from the reference position mark (80a, 80b) and axial deviation measuring mark (81a, 81b). When axial deviation exists, the lens holder (16) is removed from the processing target lens (2) and the processing target lens (2) is held again, so that the axial deviation is corrected. After that, the processing target lens (2) undergoes secondary processing.

    摘要: An ordering terminal (10) installed on an order side of a spectacle lens has a correction function concerning a measurement error measured by a spectacle frame shape measurement device (13), and transmits information necessary for machining the spectacle lens including the spectacle frame shape information to a spectacle lens manufacture control device (20) in a factory. When correcting the measurement error, the circumference of a reference frame (30) for which a reference circumference as a reference is determined in advance is measured by the spectacle frame shape measurement device (13). A measurement circumference obtained on the basis of a measurement value of the circumference is compared with the reference circumference, and a correction value which corrects the spectacle frame shape information such that the measurement circumference approaches the reference circumference is employed as the correction value of the spectacle frame shape measurement device (13). A measurement error of the lens frame of a spectacle frame (4) in which the spectacle lens is to be actually mounted is corrected using the correction value. Hence, the measurement error of the spectacle frame shape measurement device (13) need not be corrected on the factory.
