    摘要: A drive power transmission apparatus including a torsionally deformable spring capable of being torsionally deformed so as to permit a relative rotation between a rotor element and a drive shaft in response to a change in a load torque appearing in a drive-power-receiving unit, a releasing element operable to move the free outer end of the torsionally deformable spring from the power transmitting face of the rotor element when the relative rotation between the rotor element and the drive shaft increases due to an increase in the load torque beyond a predetermined limiting torque, and a mechanical elevation arranged in the rotor element for permitting the free outer end of the torsionally deformable spring to ride thereon to thereby promote separation of the spiral spring from the rotor element in order to interrupt the transmission of drive power.

    摘要: A power transmission mechanism for power-transmittably coupling a rotating unit of a compressor (11) composed of a drive shaft (17), a rotating support (23) and a swash plate (27) with an engine (62), comprising a pulley (56) and an armature (58), both of which constitute a first rotating body provided on a side of the engine, a hub (57), which serves as a second rotating body coupled to the drive shaft of the compressor, and a helical spring (64), couples the first and second rotating bodies. The use of the helical spring can easily set a resonant frequency of a power transmission system outside a frequency band for troque variation produced on a side of the compressor or the engine. As a result, it becomes possible to suppress resonance of the power transmission system to prevent generation of noises and damage to the internal mechanism of the compressor.

    摘要: A method for evaluating operability of a completed appliance at a designing stage includes the steps of forming a function-operation correspondence table which includes functions that the completed appliance is supposed to have, operational parts to exert each of the functions, and a number of times each of the operational parts is actuated to exert each of the functions; finding a total number of times each of the operational parts is actuated to exert all the functions in a case where all the functions are selected one time each, by using the function-operation correspondence table; adding up all the total numbers of times; calculating a ratio of the number of times each of the operational parts is actuated to the total numbers of times all the operational parts are actuated to exert all the functions; finding unbalance of using frequencies among the operational parts, from the calculated ratio and the number of the operational parts; and evaluating the operability of the appliance, based on the unbalance found.

    摘要: A refrigeration suction mechanism used in a piston type compressor. The compressor comprises a rotary shaft, a plurality of pistons, a compression chamber and a rotary valve. The pistons are arranged in a circumference of the rotary shaft to reciprocate in conjunction with a rotating motion of the rotary shaft through a cam member. An end surface of one of said pistons reciprocates in the compression chamber. The rotary valve includes an introducing passage which allows refrigerant to flow into the compression mechanism through an end opened on an outer surface of the rotary valve. The refrigeration suction mechanism comprises a suction passage and a reactive force transmitting mechanism. The suction passage communicates with the cylinder bore and intermittently communicates with the end of the introducing passage in conjunction with a rotating motion of the rotary valve. The reactive force transmitting mechanism transmits a reactive force applied on one of the pistons that is in a discharging stroke so as to press the rotary valve against a mouth of the suction passage which communicates with a cylinder bore that contains the piston in the discharging stroke.

    摘要: An oil separator is provided on a bleeding channel inside the shaft 16. By integral rotation of the shaft 16 and a rotary valve, oil contained in a refrigerant gas is centrifuged via the oil separator. The separated oil is supplied to an interface between the rotary valve and a cylinder block, namely, a clearance portion of the rotary valve. The separated oil is also supplied into a clearance between a piston and a cylinder bore 12a via a suction port and a suction channel.
