摘要： In a material output system, if it is determined that a meeting management server has stored therein meeting information in which an authenticated person is included in prospective participants in a meeting, in which an installation place of MFP that has performed authentication agrees with a meeting room where the meeting is held, and in which the present date and time is included in a meeting room reservation time, MFP is instructed to output a material saved in a location associated with the meeting information. If it is determined that such meeting information is not stored in the meeting management server, the material output system displays a screen to allow output of the material saved in the associated location, for at least one piece of meeting information in which the authenticated user is included in prospective participants in a meeting. Accordingly, the material can be promptly distributed to the participant in the meeting.

摘要： An image forming system comprises an image forming apparatus and an external terminal. The image forming apparatus has a receiving part for receiving operation input information on an operation input into an operation screen from the external terminal, a specifying part for specifying a first program to which an execution instruction is given through the operation screen on the basis of the operation input information, a determination part for determining a second program having the same function as that of the first program as an execution object program on the condition that the second program is installed in the external terminal, and a notification part for notifying the external terminal that the second program is determined as the execution object program. The external terminal executes a processing in accordance with the second program and displays a result of the processing executed in accordance with the second program.

In order to accomplish this, an e-mail transmission device transmits an e-mail based on an operation made by a user, comprising: a storage part for storing therein a destination address registration information in which a destination address of the e-mail, an address type information in which either of internal address or external address is registered as type of the destination address, and an address responsible for external address registered if the address type registered in the address type information is external address are associated with each other; and a transmission part for transmitting the e-mail to the destination address designated by the user from a plurality of destination addresses included in the destination address registration information. When the address type registered in the address type information associated with the designated destination address is external address, the transmission part reads the address responsible for external address associated with the designated destination address, creates the e-mail in which the address responsible for external address is set for a source address field and a return address field, and transmits the e-mail thereby created to the designated destination address.
