    摘要: A motion transforming mechanism comprises a plate assembly and a toothed rail. The plate assembly is constituted by at least three rotation plates having a common rotation axis and each having a plurality of teeth, the rotation plates being respectively formed with cranked through bores. The toothed rail is formed with a plurality of teeth held in mesh with the teeth of rotation plates. The motion transforming mechanism further comprises a drive motor assembly constituted by a rotor unit rotatably received in the cranked through bores and a stator unit accommodated in the rotor unit. The rotation plates are rotated with respect to their common rotation axis by the rotation of the rotor unit with respect to stator unit. The motion transforming mechanism thus constructed requires no external electric motor and accordingly is able to be more easily assembled with various systems.

The second port is formed on an inner face of a head-side cylinder chamber 5b of the cylinder body 2. the cylinder chamber connecting passage 9 connects the first port 6 and the second port 7. In the electric actuator 1, a piston part 4a of a piston rod 4 closes the first port 6 when the piston rod 4 advances.

A link member is installed parallel to the axial direction of the cylinder or installed so as to extend obliquely to a direction parallel to the axial direction of the cylinder, and a first end of the link member is pivotably connected to a movable-side structure. A connecting member is fixed to the rod, and a second end of the link member is pivotably connected to the connecting member.

An electric actuator includes a nut, a piston rod, recesses, keys, holes, and a tapered portion. Into the nut, a screw shaft is screwed. The piston rod moves linearly via the nut. The recesses are formed on an outer circumferential surface of the nut. The keys are each provided to a recess. The tapered portion is formed on an inner wall of the cylinder body. The piston rod advances to move the keys outward to cause the keys to fit to the tapered portion to block retraction of the piston rod.

    摘要: In a servo control apparatus wherein a load is controlled by a deviation between a command signal corresponding to a target value and a detected position signal of an actuator of a servo system and which has a plurality of the servo systems arranged in parallel with respect to the load, the servo control apparatus comprising: a forward circuit for producing a signal that changes in response to an external force exerted on the actuator; first feedback circuit for detecting the signal of the forward circuit and feeding the same back to the command signal; and second feedback circuit for feeding the detected position signal of the actuator back to the command signal, producing a deviation signal representative of a deviation between the position signal and the command signal, integrating the deviation signal, and inputting the integrated signal to the forward circuit.
