    摘要: The stacked heat exchanger in accordance with the present invention comprises flat tubes and corrugated fins which are alternately put together, the flat tube having a tank portion and a core portion, the tank portion on one side at the outermost portion having an inlet header, the tank portion on the other side at the outermost portion having an outlet header, and the core portion having a side plate as an external plate at both ends, wherein the upper end of the side plate abuts against the lower end of the inlet header and the lower end of the outlet header. Therefore, when a pressure is applied, a force in the spreading direction applied to the inlet/outlet tank portion is received by the abutting of side plate against said inlet and outlet headers. Thus, the deformation of the whole stacked heat exchanger can be prevented.

    摘要: A scroll type fluid machine comprising a pair of mutually engaged scroll members each including a side plate and a spiral lap uprightly disposed on an inside surface of the side plate; when the scroll members are relatively resolved in solar motion relationship, a fluid volume in sealed chambers defined by the pair of engaged scroll members being varied, so that a pressure of the fluid in the sealed chambers is thereby varied in order to discharge a gas therefrom, characterized by constituting so that stress may not concentrate at stress concentration portions of the scroll members, i.e., at corners of inner end base portions of the laps and the inside surfaces of the side plates in an eddy center section of the scroll members; and a method for forming the scroll members which permit improving productivity, characterized by forming, at the stress concentration portion of each scroll member, a round having a relatively large curvature radius which is enough to provide it with fatigue strength, and then finishing a relatively small round by means of a cutter for finish working.

    摘要: A rotary fluid machine of the type including two spiral elements, or a stationary spiral element and a revolving spiral element having identical configurations and disposed 180 degrees apart from each other in mutually nested relationship. The revolving spiral element is adapted to revolve in solar motion relationship with respect to the stationary spiral element with a radius of revolutionary motion .rho.. Both spiral elements are respectively defined in profile with a radially outer curve segment consisting of an involute curve, a radially inner curve segment consisting of another involute curve in an arc having a radius R, and an arc of a radius r connecting smoothly the radially outer curve segment and the arc having the radius R, whereby the radially inner leading end of the spiral elements incorporated may well be protected from possible damages as encountered during the operation of the machine, and the height of spiral elements may readily be increased substantially without making greater the overall outer diameter of the spiral elements, to give the machine a larger capacity.
