    摘要: A method of localizing a moving body, by which the magnitude of parameters, which can give rise to bias errors, is estimated inversely from the difference between two locations of the moving body estimated by two different localization methods. Various quantities (position of sensors, propagation velocity of radiation, etc.), on the basis of which localization operations are carried out, can be corrected by using the magnitude thus estimated. The emission time of the radiation from the moving body can be estimated by the hyperbolic surface localization method and the spherical surface localization method can utilize the emission time thus estimated to localize the moving body. Further, localization errors caused by both localization methods can be estimated, so that it is possible to determine which localization method should be used to localize the moving body.

    摘要: An apparatus for determining attitude of a satellite by using a star sensor includes a ground terminal equipped with a data processing unit and star catalogue, a star sensor, an estimating the unit for estimating attitude of the satellite and a decision unit for deciding the attitude determination mode I or II in dependence on attitude stability of the satellite. In the mode I, angles representative of the satellite attitude are estimated by the estimating unit on the basis of a star sub-catalogue prepared by utilizing a priori information. In the mode II, the attitude angles are estimated by the data processing unit through data transaction with the ground terminal without resorting to the use of the priori information.

    摘要: An apparatus for searching data by feature patterns comprises a plurality of processors operating independent of one another for recognizing individual feature patterns of plural input pattern data, a large-capacity file accesing unit arranged to use data constituted by arrays of results of recognitions outputted from the processors as addresses, and a large-capacity file for storing data associated with a large number of input patterns, respectively, at locations of the addresses corresponding to the feature patterns of the input pattern data, respectively. An apparatus for searching data on the basis of feature pattern comprises a plurality of processors of which at least one is activated in response to the results of the processings performed by the other processors which operate independent of one another for recognizing individual feature patterns of input pattern data, respectively, devices for outputting the results of the processings performed by the other processors to the one processor, controller for controlling the activation of the one processor on the basis of the outputted results of the processings, and a large-capacity file arranged to use data constituted by arrays of the results of recognitions outputted from the plural processors directly as the addresses.

    摘要: In a multiple computer system, a computer sends a program annexed with a code representative of the characteristic (e.g., the content and length of the program, the cooperation with other programs, the content of input and output data) of the program to the transmission line. Another computer checks the program based on the code representative of the program characteristic, and receives the program if necessary or executable based on the check result. Each computer can set, as occasion arises or if necessary, codes representative of the characteristics of several programs executable by the computer, so that specific receiving stations are not needed to be identified beforehand. The received program is checked based on the characteristic code annexed thereto, and if proper, the program is stored or executed if necessary.
