摘要： Methods, systems, and computer programs include receiving, from an advertiser, advertisement criteria associated with an advertisement; and receiving, from a database, information regarding advertisement auctions in which the advertisement participated during a predetermined time period. A simulation is run of a first of the advertisement auctions a plurality of times, wherein the bid amount for the advertisement is changed for each simulation run An identification is made of a number of users to whom the advertisement would have been presented had the bid amount of the advertisement in the first of the advertisement auction been equal to the bid amount of the advertisement in the one of the times the simulation is run. Information related to the number of users identified for each one of the plurality of times the simulation is run is provided in a report.

A method for allocation of resource blocks comprises receiving, from a base station, information regarding a measurement location at which at least one identified resource block has been measured; and using, based upon a current location of a mobile relay node and the measurement location, the at least one identified resource block for communication between the mobile relay node and at least one user equipment connected therewith, wherein the at least one identified resource block is not used for communication between the base station and at least one user equipment connected therewith at the measurement location and a measurement of the at least one identified resource block is below a predetermined threshold. With the claimed inventions, interference in the high speed railway communication could be ameliorated and the spectrum efficiency would be improved.

摘要： The present invention provides a method and apparatus for determining a transmission power of a secondary transmitter in a hierarchical spectrum sharing system. The method can comprise steps of obtaining channel quality information on a primary link from at least one primary receiver within a transmission range of the secondary transmitter; and determining the transmission power for the secondary transmitter based on the channel quality information, wherein the transmission power is matched with the channel quality indicated by the channel quality information. According to the embodiments of the present invention, a power control scheme is applied to the secondary transmitter based on the channel quality information on the primary link. In such a way, the secondary transmitter' throughput can be improved with controllable rate loss to the primary receiver and accordingly the spectrum efficiency for the whole system can be further upgraded.

The method comprises: determining whether a UE operates in a SU-MIMO transmission mode or in a MU-MIMO transmission mode; applying, in responsive to determination that the UE operates in the SU-MIMO transmission mode, a SU-MIMO OLLA offset to a signal to interference and noise ratio adjusted with inner loop link adaptation; applying, in responsive to determination that the UE operates in the MU-MIMO transmission mode, a MU-MIMO OLLA offset to a signal to interference and noise ratio adjusted with inner loop link adaptation, wherein the MU-MIMO OLLA offset is based on the SU-MIMO OLLA offset and an extra offset which is indicative of inter-user interference, wherein the SU-MIMO OLLA offset and the extra offset are updated in responsive to receipt of an ACK/NACK message for a packet reported from the UE.
