    摘要: A conductive silicone rubber composition is provided, which includes (a) 100 parts by weight of an organopolysiloxane represented by an average composition formula of RaSiO(4−a)/2 wherein R is an unsubstituted or substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group which may be the same or different, and a is a positive number of 1.90 to 2.05, (b) 50 to 500 parts by weight of conductive particles comprising carbon coated with Ni, and (c) 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of an organic peroxide. This composition has an adequate pot life, is unlikely to be affected by catalyst poisoning, and is suitable for normal pressure hot air vulcanization. Cured products produced from the composition has a low volume resistivity and excellent electromagnetic interference sealing properties.

    摘要: A silicone rubber composition comprising (A) 100 parts by weight of an organopolysiloxane having a degree of polymerization of 100 or higher and having at least two silicon-bonded alkenyl groups in the molecule; (B) from 3 to 100 parts by weight of a wet silica having the following properties: specific surface area (the BET method) of 50 m2/g or larger, specific surface area (the BET method)/specific surface area (the CTAB method) of from 1.0 to 1.3, and water content of 4% or lower; and (C) an effective amount of a curing agent. The silicone rubber composition can be obtained without foaming even in hot air vulcanization and even if wet silica is used therein, and the silicone rubber composition gives a silicone rubber excellent in electrical properties such as electrical insulating properties.

    摘要: A card connector of the present invention includes: a housing; a card insertion opening formed by opening at least one end of the housing; and a plurality of contacts arranged in the housing; wherein switching mechanism constructed of at least actuator members and a shutter member is provided in the housing. This construction allows a plurality of kinds of cards of different sizes in thickness and width to be used on one and the same card connector without requiring the cards to have any additional member, by performing a switching operation on such members as shutter, actuators and latch arms. This construction can make a distinction between appropriate and inappropriate cards for use on the card connector by permitting the insertion of appropriate cards and blocking the insertion of inappropriate cards.

    摘要: A mounting structure of a card connector includes a connector body surface mounted on a wiring circuit board. An IC card can be withdrawably inserted into the connector body so that the IC card can be connected to the wiring circuit board through the connector body. The connector body includes a card insertion space which is disposed at an angle of inclination with respect to an upper surface of the wiring circuit board. A card inlet/outlet port is formed at an upper inclination end of the card insertion space such that the IC card inserted into the card insertion space through the card inlet/outlet port is retained for connection at an angle of inclination.
