    摘要: An optical apparatus includes a light emitting device and a substrate. The light emitting device includes a base including a main body portion containing a ceramic material and wire portions exposed from the main body portion on the lower surface of the base, a lid portion fixed to the base so that a hermetically sealed space is defined by the lid portion and the base, a first semiconductor laser element emitting blue light and provided in the hermetically sealed space, a second semiconductor laser element emitting red light and provided in the hermetically sealed space, a third semiconductor laser element emitting green light and provided in the hermetically sealed space, and a collimate lens arranged on paths of the blue light, the red light and the green light. The substrate includes first metallic films electrically connected with the base of the light emitting device via the wire portions.

    摘要: An optical component for optical semiconductor includes a wavelength converting member including a fluorescent part having an upper surface, a lower surface, and one or more lateral surfaces, and containing a fluorescent material, and a light-reflecting part disposed adjacently surrounding the one or more lateral surfaces of the fluorescent part when viewed from above, and a light-transmissive member disposed below the wavelength converting member. A dielectric multilayer film is disposed on an upper surface of the light-transmissive member at least at a region facing the fluorescent part, the dielectric multilayer film is configured to transmit excitation light incident from below the light-transmissive member and to reflect fluorescent light emitted from the fluorescent part. Further, a space is formed between the fluorescent part and the dielectric multilayer film, and the light-reflecting part and the light-transmissive member are connected by a connecting member made of a metal material. A light emitting device including the optical component and a method of manufacturing the optical component are also provided.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a light-emitting device includes providing a base body including a base section; fixing a plurality of semiconductor laser elements on an upper surface of the base section; and fixing an optical member to the base body, the optical member including a plurality of lens sections, and a non-lens section disposed at a periphery of the plurality of lens sections in a top view. In the step of fixing the optical member: the optical member is arranged above the base body; (i) an inclination and a height of the optical member are adjusted after interposing an adhesive between the base body and the non-lens section, or (ii) an adhesive is interposed between the base body and the non-lens section after adjusting the inclination and the height of the optical member; and subsequently, the adhesive is cured to fix the optical member to the base body.

The frame part surrounds a bottom surface on which the semiconductor laser elements are disposed.
