Also included are a memory that stores the received design data, an input section that inputs authentication information which is embedded in or attached to the lens and is used in use permission of design data, and a controller that performs an authentication process whether or not the authentication information corresponds to the design data and controls whether or not a processing of the lens by using the design data is started.
