摘要: A high frequency treatment apparatus of the present invention comprises a high frequency generation section for supplying high frequency power, a control section, which is connected to the high frequency generation section, and which controls output of the high frequency generation section, having a first control mode in which the maximal output value of high frequency power supplied from the high frequency generation section is confined to be equal to or less than a first predetermined value and a second control mode in which the maximal output value of high frequency power supplied from the high frequency generation section is confined to be equal to or less than a second predetermined value which is less than the first predetermined value, a treatment tool, which is connected to the high frequency generation section, and which performs a treatment of a diseased part by supplying high frequency power from the high frequency generation section controlled by the control section to the diseased part, and a control mode setting section, which is connected to the control section, for selecting one of the first and second control modes.

摘要: The electric surgical operation apparatus of the present invention easily and securely shortens the rising time until incision and coagulation effects appear even if electrodes having different volumes or surface areas are used for the treatment tool. Cutting sharpness and safety are improved and the operation time is shortened. In the electric surgical operation apparatus, contact of a monopolar electrode of a monopolar treatment tool with organic tissue is detected by a voltage or current sensor. Based on a detection signal therefrom, a high-frequency output is supplied at a predetermined value from a high-frequency cautery power source device, and a high-frequency output is supplied at a higher initial setting value than the predetermined value during an initial period at a rising time. Setting of at least one of the initial period and the initial setting value can be changed.

摘要: An electric surgical operation apparatus comprises: an active electrode which performs medical treatment to an area to be treated by applying electric energy to the area; an electric power supplying unit which supplies electric power to the active electrode; a measuring unit which measures at least one of the electrical power output voltage value supplied to the active electrode from the electric power supplying unit, and the output current value thereof; a discerning unit for discerning whether or not the change in at least one of the voltage value and the current value measured by the measuring unit has attained a predetermined change amount; and a voltage control unit for controlling the electric power supplying unit so that the supplied electric power is a constant voltage, according to the discerning results discerned by the discerning unit.

摘要: In a treating apparatus, a forceps body as a treating device is connected to a generator as a control device. The forceps body mainly includes a pair of handle portions, which are used for manipulation by being held by an operator, a pair of jaws provided between the handle portion and the pair of jaws, which are used to coagulate/resect by grasping living-body tissue to be treated and a pair of scissors component members. A heating member, which is a heat generating source as a heat generating portion for applying heat energy to living-body tissue, is embedded at least one of the jaws. A pair of electrode portions, which is a treating energy generator, is provided to the pair of jaws. By supplying bipolar electric surgical knife current between the pair of electrode portions, high frequency current as treating energy is applied to the grasped living-body tissue.

摘要: A plurality of handpieces used to perform an operation is connected to a main operation apparatus, which generates a driving signal, through connectors formed on the main apparatus. When an operator holds a handpiece he/she wants to use, an output line over which the driving signal is transmitted is routed to the held handpiece owing to an output of a sensor that detects a change in capacitance stemming from the hold. The operator therefore need not manually set a mode in which the driving signal is applied to the handpiece he/she wants to use. Moreover, a port number assigned to a port to which the output line is routed is indicated on a display device. The operator can readily identify the usable handpiece.
