摘要： A charging cable for use in charging a battery of an electrically-driven vehicle includes a power plug to be detachably connected to a receptacle outlet of a commercially available power source, a charging coupler to be detachably connected to the electrically-driven vehicle, a temperature sensor for detecting a temperature of an electric circuit between the power plug and the charging coupler, and a charging device having a controller for controlling a current value that flows from the power plug to the charging coupler. This configuration can minimize the charging time and enhance the durability between the charging cable and the receptacle outlet and between the charging cable and the charging coupler.

摘要： An earth leakage circuit breaker includes a level discriminator operable to compare an output level of a zero-phase-sequence current transformer placed in an electric circuit with each of a plurality of reference levels set in advance and output a plurality of pulses each indicating a time period during which the output level of the zero-phase-sequence current transformer has exceeded one of the plurality of reference levels; a duration counting portion operable to count a time period during which each of the plurality of pulses is being continuously outputted from the level discriminator; a circuit interruption determiner having a plurality of circuit-breaking levels associated with respective reference levels and operable to output a signal to break the electric circuit when the time period obtained from the duration counting portion has exceeded each of the circuit-breaking levels; and a relay coil-driving circuit operable to drive the coil of a circuit cutout relay in response to the signal outputted from the circuit interruption determiner.

摘要： A seat with a heating device is provided which realizes a configuration in which the arm, palms and finger tips of a user can easily be warmed when the user uses the seat with the heating device. When the user is seated in a seat with a heating device and feels cold due to it being winter, the user controls a switch to heat the seat, whereby energization of heating elements 3a, 3b, 3c is started which are connected to a power supply via electric wires. When the energization of the heating elements 3a, 3b, 3c is started, heat generated thereby is conducted to skin materials 2a, 2b, 2c and surfaces of the skin materials are warmed. When the user places his or her arm on an armrest portion 5, the arm is warmed via the skin material 2c, whereby the user can feel the sensation of comfortableness.
