Abstract: The present invention provides a forging and pressing production management method, comprising the steps of: A. acquiring at least one characteristic of a fed material; B. correspondingly selecting, according to the characteristic of the material, at least one of the temperature, the pressure or a mold from among operating factors of the forging and pressing process; C. transporting the material according to the selection result; and D. processing the material until a finished product is produced. The present invention enables at least one material to be formed by hot melt and forging and pressing by itself without human operation, thereby completing the mass production of the material. Operating factors such as the pressure, temperature and mold required for formation are taken into account, and the identification requirements for the material are reduced, thereby realizing large-scale production.
